Even if you have one account apply one lot only.
If you want apply HNI/NII , you need huge capital,
If you want apply 13 lots or one lot in retail is same there is no change . Over subscribing so perlu luck basis for this IPO

Dear seniors

Need your help.
Scenario-1: I apply single application for 1 lot (i.e. block 15000)
Scenario-2: I apply single application for 4 lots (i.e. block 60000)

Does scenario two has more chance of allotment than scenario one, or is the probability same since issue is oversubscribed by retail investors?

In retail category subscription more than 1 time, the allotment is decided through lottery and only one lot is allotted irrespective of application of even full 2 lakh rupees.
So apply only one lot at cutoff price in this IPO. More than one lot, you are blocking money in your bank account.

apply for as many as u need. money is not deducted its just blocked and you keep earning interest on savings account so no such loss.

however if u dont want to block money for a week then go for 1 lot

Last two days, SBI ASBA is not working perfectly. IPO application filed on 2nd Dec after 2 PM, reflected on 3rd Dec morning hours. Same thing for application filed on 3rd Dec, will reflect today.
Despite this on 2nd day, Retail subscription at 38 times. Today it will surely cross more than 50 times.
Allotment purely by luck.

I can't find my bank a/c (SCSB) in PNB online (netpnb login) while apply the IPO. So, I removed from the login and logged out by the system each time when I am trying to submit the IPO application. If anybody have its solution, please suggest me.

Yes you can delete upi bid. Make sure bid is deleted successfully before applying new ASBA application
