Any one please clarify my doubt about the criteria of allotment in NII category in case of huge over subscription.

Allotment will be on a pro-rata basis

Anyone applying for lots greater then number of times subscription gets firm allotment. Below that it is lottery. E.g. Burger HNI is 354.1 so any one applying for 355+ lots get confirm allotment. 354 and less lots will be based on lottery provided there are no rejections.

I have applied for 57 lots in NII category. Is there any chance of allotment?

U will get 40 share

Your chance of allotment will be based on lottery which is very difficult in NII. That's why never apply in NII. For next IPO open as many accounts as you can and apply under retail category. Applying multiple applications under retail has much more better chance for allotment .

I fear it doesn't fade away just after pre opening as most of the grey market deals settle on pre opening price.

The company is asking only 810 Crore for this IPO. apart from 360 Crore they got from Anchor investors.
The IPO subscription has now blocked more than 85000 Crores in banks for next 7 days.
This is IPO market in India, with this type of subscription, GMP is going to increase only till listing.
