Only one application per PAN is allowed in an IPO. Multiple applications with same PAN shall not be eligible for allotment.

From 17 different Pan card means you have 17 demat account

Can we apply from different pan and having single demat account number is this possible? Please guide me

the IPO size is Rs 4600 Cr and around 178 Cr(118 Cr share fresh issue+60 Cr OFS) shares will be offered. So, price band come to around Rs 25-26 per share.

But, as per DRHP, there are around 141 Cr (94 Cr shares fresh issue+ 47 Cr shares ofs) shares will be offered in this IPO. There is difference between the two data

IRFC will soon file addendum to DRHP to propose changes in OFS and Fresh issue share size.
