Total shares available for retail applicants who applied 1 Single Lot = 53,99,519 That means 299999 Lucky Investors who are apply 1 Lot only would be alloted 18 Shares Each on 02022017 If I am wrong Please Correct Me ...
Total Share offered to Retail Investor are 5399519. Min to apply is 18. If everyone apply for 1 lot of 18 then for full subscription No. of applications would be 5399519/18 = 299973. If No. of application are more then this then out of those applicant 299973 applicants will get one lot of 18 each. irrespective of if they applied more then one lot. However if Total Number of applications are less and total share subscribed are more then offered, in that case only Those who have applied for more then one lot may get proportionately more.

By growth and turnover which nse doing we can consider NSE is gold where we can put bse in steel category :)
but if i get steel cheaper say 20-15% discount of markt price than im ready to buy steel with full truck load quantity
Growth is there but very slow compare to nse For this reason they come up with very low price compared with other peers so slow growth + cheap price == we can say they balanced
Go for itttttt, Dnt think about budget and other bla bla
Why only one lot appli is advised per demat? Can we not apply in maximum number/ fund coz in that RATIO of applied would be low then that of mimimum shares, eagleyeji pl comment
You can apply for as many lots as you want....One lot is advised because in case issue is over subscribe application wise than you may be alloted only 1 lot...and in case of BSE it is going to be over subscribed application wise...hence why to get your money blocked for more lots if you may be alloted only 1 lot. Better to apply for 1 lot from different demat accounts to better your chances for allotment.
Hope it clarifies your doubt....Happy Investing :)
Thanks AY, it was even clear in my mind much before but i wanted 2nd opinion so its o. K. I hv 3 dmat account ONLY. 4th one is out of India, so cnt use that account without signature.
I have demat in cdsl(bse), If I am alloted shares then can I sell it on csdl(bse)? As it is going to list on nsdl(nse)?? Pls reply eagleeye & others. One is saying yes u can sell other is saying u can''t. Confused.
Listing gains surely will be there. market mood will be good at the time of listing, because this budget would be a positive . I am applying 3 Applications in 10 mins ( 1Lot).
Listing Gains more than 195-200 Rs per share X 18 = 3600 Per Lot But Oversubscribed More than 22-23 times in RI will bring down chances of allotment 1:23 or 1:22 BE SURE TO GET ALLOTMENT !!

@ raja 351.1 RI oversubscribtion would not be more than 3-4 times
"BSE will not receive any proceeds of the offer and all the proceeds of the offer will go to the selling shareholders in the proportion of the equity shares offered by them."
It is an Offer for sale by existing shareholders. Any listing gains if any, will be only out of Euphoria to own the share, but for long term, there are better places to invest.
