I am not able to submit ASBA through SBI. Tiil 12 PM it was fine and displaying BSE IPO. Now it is displaying "Currently there is no IPO offering through internet banking."
HDFC net banking system very rigid, eventhough i have joint account in my 3 members only my pan card was allowed for applying whereas SBI allowes any 5 applicants without preloaded pan details so sbi is invester friendly. In my case my fund was laying in hdfc so i couldn''t use sbi netbanking without required fund, i inquired to my hdfc branch for NEFT bt was not sure for instantly transfer FINALLY I APPLIED 2 appli by filing forms at broker successfully both for amounting to 1 lac each. Now relieved. Good luck to everyone.
Allowing application from non SBI account holder means the blocked amount for 7 days is as good as FD for 7 days for SBI. So it makes business sense for SBI to allow ipo application for non sbi account holder.

Thanks for your reply....however just checked with my Dad''s broker and he was of the view that since the PAN''s (my and my dad''s) would not match so i cannot apply. Can you please confirm this.
However i feel i should at least apply and wait for what ever happens.
