I am holding SKS Microfinance at your advice and have seen your projections for this stock in forthcoming years. On the contrary, SKS Microfinance has fallen Rs 200 from its peak of around 1480. I have read on the blog that is due to top level resignations and new appointments that has caused concerns. Why is this shuffling in the top-level management. What is cooking there? I still believe in this unique business model and this could be some regular management shuffle. The fall in this stock inspite of 3-fold year-on-year profits is concerning. Please Setu reply on this and remove the doubts of all investors who have faith in you and SKS Microfinance.

Instead of HDFC go for Icicidirect, the best one i have experienced.

Mr.Mukul Aggarwal i am going by your advice and will open account

in HDFC.You told that your experience with HDFC is good i completely

trust you. I have infact contacted them and they says that they will

sendperson within 24 hours.Thanks for suggestion .I will contact you

if any problen related to account occurs in future.please also suggest

me current ipos which one worth applying.

Thankyou, Mansi Madam for choosing me from so many persons on this blog.As you have said that you are facing problem in using sharekhan so you can use hdfc 3 in 1 demat,saving plus trading account.This is hassle free account.you can operate it easily online by using net banking.It one click do everything for you.you will get ipo allotment status listing dates everything on mobile.Charges are little bit high but if you compare it with service it truely reflected reflected in its quality of service.I have five accounts all are 3 in 1 with hdfcsecurities.My previous broker was indiabulls which was in efficient in service. Every time when i open their terminal it shows you have been timed out or system is under cooling off.so i changed my broker.There is also not payment gateway facility or other thing like that everything is in 3 in 1 just open account open ipo section and select price of ipo and bid or cutoff and everything is done.Amount will be blocked in your account as ASBA and you will continue to get interest in your hdfc bank.There are other brokerage services in the market and they are also providing trading and demat facility so you can inquiry about them also.But so far my experience with hdfc securities is very good.I have access to this account so i can give information only for this.You can go for this account and my challenge is that you will not repent.It usually takes three weeks to complete the whole process for 3 in 1.

Passed a resolution terminating the appointment of Mr. Suresh Gurumani as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company (pursuant to the terms of his appointment letter with the Company), and withdrawn all powers and authorities granted to him or otherwise enjoyed by him in the Company as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, with immediate effect. 2. Appointed Mr. M. R. Rao, Deputy CEO as the Managing Director & CEO for a period of 3 years w.e.f. October 04, 2010, subject to the completion of necessary statutory and other procedures. 3. Accepted the resignation of Mr. Ashish Lakhanpal from Directorship of the Company with immediate effect.
