When there is loss after tax in 2 out of 3 quarters this year, how can you be assured to get regular dividend income ?

Pl see how REIT works. They are cash flow vehicles. Are you saying they had operating loss then you are right but if loss is due to depreciation than they can easily pay you back REIT like partner account can pay you back by Interest income Dividend income Return of capital (as they have no face value) So REIT''s payout always say per unit not percentage payment First find out then comment

Well so far this 2021 year is good, I apply application using own bank accounts of demat holder. Most of the time ASBA, if i am not sure then i use UPI so that i can have time to accept mandate or not.
@Vasu, 12 applications in indigo and stovekraft, 6 in hffc.
Its not always allotment for me i did not get allotment in burger king(13apps) chemcon(13), likhita (6) mindspsce mazagon (13) angel (3)

@ Earthking, One of my recent post before Budget, I have already mentioned Bandhan Bank ( price was below 310 ) can be purchased for a return of 20% within year.
Cons of IPO are here. 1)Profit After Tax in 30 Sep 2020 is Minus - 739.22
2) Now a days most company are looking for work from home so no one will invest in commercial property now
3)Commercial Rent will be decreased as no one will invest if they get same work done from home , ultimately seller or property owner will decrease rent to attract client.
4)Expenses to maintain the property will increase so low income.
5)This all can be over come if they divert their property from commercial to residential.....
I am just posting my view. I may be wrong. Experts please advise....

this is REIT not actually IPO, issue is big so take call on last day if HNI crossed at least 5 times.
as a retail we need to apply in HNI category, min application amount is 55K
1. HDFC MF and Kotak MF together have 25% of anchor book 2. Domestic insurance companies (Tata AIG, SBI Life, Birla Sunlife etc.) have nearly 40% of the anchor book 3. FIIs have ~20-25% of the anchor book - large names are Morgan Stanley, Segantii (can''t verify others)
Domestic companies have turned up to the party big time. Point to be noted is the large demand from insurance companies - that is because REIT is a stable, yield based product.
