Once again SME IPOs coming up in a bunch. Some of them are having very high valuations and poor track record of LM. We have seen in past also that a few poor quality SMEs come along with good ones and we need to weed them out to protect our capital. Moreover, with limited funds, a retailer can't apply in every SME If one reads DILIP SIR's REVIEW properly, it becomes quite easy to differentiate between good and bad ones most of the times. Sometimes other factors like grey market management do play an important role but that is altogether a different issue not related to fundamental analysis.

Ipos coming in bunch sometimes result in diversion of funds and then good stocks also find it difficult to sail through.
This is not good for us.

If you have Grey access then you sell your application at sub2 or at premium then you can apply. Applying openly is risky bet...

very risky ipo as advertisement sector is not fancied by the investors.

Reducing Borrowing every year & LM track record is the best part.

Big size is the major concern.
