Future Capital IPO gets clearance from SEBI: Sources

The initial public offering of Kishore Biyani's Future Capital Holdings has got clearance from SEBI, according to CNBC-TV18 quoting sources. The company is looking to raise Rs 400 crore through IPO.

Future Capital Holdings is offering 64.2 lakh shares via IPO and diluting 10.16% of equity. Promoters holding will reduced to 74% from current 83%.

Currently the listed Pantaloon holds 61%, which will come down to 55% post IPO. Kishore Biyani's stake will come down from 6.6% to 6% post IPO.

O(x)us Investments holds 8.6% in Future Capital. It has picked up stake in June 2007 at Rs 178 per share.

RHP is likely to be filled in the next 7-10 days.

I am also not getting NA

"NA" means that shares are alloted to you but this company is not listed on NSE/BSE.
As ICICIDirect or any other demat account shows company's script name(Code or Name by which company is listed), So when it didn't find that company's script name/Code on NSE?BSE it shows "NA".

Share are transferred to my DP Account.
I had sent the mail to Karvy reagrding the refund amount. They told me it was credited yesterday through ECS. So we will get the money by tomorrow.

I applied for 28 shares but got nothing. Refund will be done on
Dec 28, 2007 as per SEVI rule.I do not know what basis allocation was done.
I applied fro MUNDRA 30 shares got 15 shares of MUNDRA.

i had applied for 8 lots thru Kotak, how to check whether I have been alloted or not. Shares are not yet come to the DP neither I got the refund. Pls guide.

Any idea on what could be the listing price ?

In ShareKhan you would be be able to see the demat holdings only after the share has been listed,not before that.
