I HAVE APPLIED 4 LOTS OF BRIGADE BUT I'M A BID SCARED LOOKING AT ITS SUBSCRIPTION FIGURES. PLZ GIV ME SUGGESTION, SHOULD I STOP THE PAYMENT OF MY CHEQUES OR THE IPO CAN GIVE NOMINAL RETURNS ?????
I have invested in Brigade. Those who have invested should happy since allotment is sure shot. Unlike BGR and Transformers.
Forget what SP Tulsian or Xyz says. Today Kolte Patil gave premium even after so much issue on withdrawal
Brigade is a respectable builder like Sobha (unlike Puravankara)in Bangalore. I think it will give atleast 10-20% premium. So we can just relax as I said allotment is for sure. This gamble I feel will pay off
I HAVE ALSO GREAT HOPES IN BRIGADE. AND AS PER MY CALCULATIONS THOUSE WHO HAVE APPLIED FOR 7 OR MORE LOTS WILL GET FIRM ALLOTMENTS. SO CHEER UP AND HAPPY INVESTING
I second your though on this , i am also from the same school of thought, since i am a native of bangalore, i know the respect given to Brigade as a Real estate company..
so guys not to worry at all.. who so ever has subscribed .. just wait and watch and reap the benefits in about 20 days...Good Luck ... happy IPOing
Dear Singh(164), Brigade is an established real estate developer in the south and it would definitely list in the range of 510 to 530. Since this company is dominant in south, there was not much oversubscription. I would suggest keep your funds free for the up coming IPO of Prestige Group in Jan 08. This is also a very prestigious realestate player in the south, predominantly in bangalore. Its like the DLF of Bangalore.
This issue appears to be less over subscribed since the overwhelming response from yesterday's 2 IPOS Transformers & Retifies & BGR energy sucked up a lot of liquidity. Very few retail investors will have capacity to bid for 3 IPOs in a row (i.e. allocate 3 lacs). Those with capacity and having applied need not worry, the lead managers are good and will not have priced the IPO where there is no value left for investors. Can expect the share to open between 470 - 500 at the very least.
Oversubscription data at 4.35pm today is as follows. Retail Category at cut-off: 4.14 times Overall : 12.62 times All Others : 16.37 times (includes FII's,HNI's,NII's, corporates etc)
Please note : Retail at cut off will be overstated to the extent of employee subscription as they have a reservation for 1.0 lakh shares and they are also allowed to bid at cutoff. Hence retail subscription cannot be given exactly and exact oversubscription can be known only at the end of the when authorities compile and declare the data. I am getting this data from official websites of BSE and NSE.
