The GMP analyst must ask for royalty from these companies for getting their offer over-subscribed.

I have already told in my earlier post. Brigade is very respected builder like Sobha. This is an issue where there is a firm allotment.

Brigade has very good management team. This IPO will give 50% premium for sure

I aggree with mohan(216). i think people have to hold the brigade share longer, to get returns. As we can see the fundamentals of this company are strong so no worries. Happy investing!

BRIGADE issue will be like DLF, all will get allotment and the price will soar. those wo got allotment should hold. look at its PAT and its reputation. don't compare with Puravankara, it was an expensive issue and the price came to the actual value after adjustment by the market
