please have a look at screenshot from RHP for indicative dates.

and lets say if they have the right to announce BOA upto 6:00pm on 12th August,
then, when the refund will takes place, when the shares will be credited into DEMATs. i think listing will be delayed in that case.

​@Redhu Jind 9th Aug was finilization of BoA. Not to inform applicant. They can inform banks/demat earlier and debit/unblock money. But they have timm till 6pm on 12th Aug to uplocad it for informatio to public. This is legal route.
