While I appreciate the fact that you have left it to the wisdom of the investor whether to subscribe or not, but after such an exhaustive analysis, I am sure you yourself must have developed some opinion about subscribing/avoiding. That opinion (with the compelling reason) would be invaluable to all.

As I read it, your diggings are mostly pointing to negatives only. Is that your final take?

I won't apply from SBI account in this. I want to save my money for VPRP. The way registrars doing allotment and unblocking these days, can't trust them to release money before 28.
