Its hard luck and there was possibility of 0/1/2 only as an average but unfortunately you got 0.

Mine also allotted less than average in sHNI. Rare chances, your demat is fine and able to buy/sell shares without any issue right?

Confirmed, if your KYC fails then you will not get allotment (technical rejection)/can't buy/sell shares so keep checking it.

For one of my Sai Silks non-allotment, this was the issue. For e.g. Aadhaar address changed, demat had different and KYC periodically reached at validation phase and it failed.

Would be great if you can share how do you manage so many accounts, applications and taxation aspects etc.
I struggle to keep up with 4 immediate family accounts!

Please consider, I'm servant and manager for my team and individual as a team leader. Let me give you hint how you can increase productivity and manage more accounts.
1. You should have demat which you can manage easily rather than lesser brokerage. For e.g. ICICI having very high brokerage but opt for neo plan.
2. Give preference to management v/s lower charges demat.
3. You should have demat which allows to apply IPO possible late for e.g. 3PM for HNI and 4PM for retail in ICICI. You get ample amount of time.
4. It would be great to have bank and demat in same account. Next day money deposit and you can better.
5. You should have demat which gives profit and loss in couple of seconds.
6. Possible use software v/s everything manually.
7. Create master email address so each account will send OTP to one gmail account. Please check gmail settings -> forward mail. You don't need to login to different gmail, one gmail will give you everything.
8. Use reliable demat instead of flaky ones. You should be able to apply IPO on time.
9. Create google sheet regarding names, aadhaar details, available/blocked fund etc so when next IPO comes you can see picture how much amount available or need to transfer or deposit to apply IPO.
etc..

PS: If you compromise anything from above then you may suffer and will take more time in critical time.

These are hints for you for more account management which falls under #management, #time, #accounts, #efficiency, #reliability, #gmail etc..

​@Nifty Singh Very hard luck, please buy one share of any company whatever rs for e.g. 10/20. Are you able to buy one share? Is your demat account fine? Last month, i was about to get full allotment in Sai Silks for all accounts but one of the account it failed. BigShare told me, it is failed due to technical reason, later when i was buying one share of Tata Motors, it didn't allow me buy and on investigation i found out that account's address is changed so i fixed that using ICICI demat and that account is fixed.
