After a long time, got one out of 3 Bhni allotment. Interestingly how come 1513 shares are being allotted when the lot size of 14*108 totals to 1512 shares.
Got to know through ICICI asba debit and unblocking while checking the account. No message rec'd though.

It's a IPO right then how can someone become a shareholder in this company they are not offered till now isn't it? Or I am missing something please clear the doubt as many are messaging that they are going into the shareholders quota but how can the become a shareholder if it is not yet listed🤔🤔🤔🤔

Bhai koi bata sakta hai ki KYC check kese kar like sab kuch tik hai koi incorrect ya mismatch nahi ho Raha.
Can anyone tell how to know if KYC are all correct.
No allotment in shareholde quota also😔.

For me BLS will be special since I got allotnment in all accounts (SH) for the first time. Like this I will remember MTAR (1st alloted IPO as a fresher), sigachi (best % return), IRDEA (highest amount return till date), Kalyan jeweller (as it was down by 25-30% before it recovered) . Hope BLS will be special for others too in some way :)

HDFC Bank - HDFC Ergo, HDB Fin, HDFC Credila
Kotak Mah Bank - Kotak AMC
Bajaj Hind Sugar - Bajaj Energy
Info edge - Jeevansathi
Axis Bank - Axis AMC

Kindly note, SH quota offering is parent company prerogative and may / may not be included in IPO

For IPO, company has to file DRHP with SEBI where such details will be furnished. Once SEBI approves the draft (takes about one to three months), co. files RHP and date of filing RHP is generally considered cutoff date for having atleast one share of parent co. if SH quota is applicable or offered.

Other easier way to find upcoming IPOs with probable SH is to Google search. Also being active in this forum will benefit as members keep sharing the info.

Subsidiaries of reliance, SBI, HDFC/ Bank, kotak mb, axis b, Bajaj hs , I have been hearing for last 2 to 4 years. Most of these I bought one share but sold after waiting for one year. Someone please inform if DRHP has been filled otherwise it is too early to buy one share

It's all about keeping tab on happenings and taking timely action. वैसे आप भी मानोगे कि पैसे वहीं बनते हैं जहां सभी को सब कुछ पता नहीं हो, अब BLS E Services के शेयर को ही ले लीजिए, बहुत से लोगों को SH qota का पता ही नहीं था और जब तक पता चला बहुत देर हो चुकी थी । Nahin?
