​@Adesh jain  I was so wondering who has taken one share from my quota of SH as I got allotment for 151 instead of 152 ..
Anyways young bro enjoy it , I don't mind either 😀

One is eligible for Share holder quota in BLS e-services if they are share holder of BLS international ltd on record date.. BLS international is parent company of BLS e services.. so here is share holder quota for eligible share holders .

U should have at least one share of parent company on record date, if parent company is listed. But very few IPOs have shareholder quota

​@Tejas PandyaThanks for clarifying and By that u mean if I had only 1 share of BLS International I would have been eligible for sh category or I need to hold more than 2 lakh worth of shares (👈 something like that was written above the comments section)

RIL - Reliance Jio, Reliance Retail
Reliance Capital - Reliance General Insurance
Bank of Baroda - India First Life Insurance
NTPC - NTPC Green Energy
SBI - SBI Mutual Fund
HDFC Bank - HDFC Ergo, HDB Fin, HDFC Credila
Kotak Mah Bank - Kotak AMC
Bajaj Hind Sugar - Bajaj Energy
Info edge - Jeevansathi
Axis Bank - Axis AMC

Kindly note, SH quota offering is parent company prerogative and may / may not be included in IPO

For IPO, company has to file DRHP with SEBI where such details will be furnished. Once SEBI approves the draft (takes about one to three months), co. files RHP and date of filing RHP is generally considered cutoff date for having atleast one share of parent co. if SH quota is applicable or offered.

Other easier way to find upcoming IPOs with probable SH is to Google search. Also being active in this forum will benefit as members keep sharing the info.
