Not necessary. There's confusion still whether limit is there or not.
In Aeroflex, there was no limit (i mean limit was the whole shareholder quota).
You're right picture will be clear before opening date

Its confirmed from RHP max bid can be the total share reserved for shareholder category. Page 410. In case of Tata tech it was mentioned max bid is 2 lakh .

But if you are applying more than 2 lakh then cant apply hni only retail.

Does Agilus have shareholder quota? should we buy 1 share on coming monday?

If I have looked right, There seems to be no shareholder quota in Agilus Diagnostics as per DRHP

I do not know about Groww app but you can apply upto 5 lakhs only in UPI..
Some brokers do not allow more than 2 lakhs, check with groww for that..

The frustration of non allotment is really painful though, I only got 1 allotment in whole 2023 in IPO even though applying every fair IPO of mainboard and SMEs and it's very frustrating and even I also thought same to shift to secondary market but waiting patiently in hope to change luck somedays..

​@whiteFox Allotment is just game of different probabilities. Person applying 1 lot may receive 1, on that day he is lucky from 3.71%. simply that wasn't your day.

Any idea what could be SH subscription in this? Will it be similar to Tata Technologies or lesser? I have bought BLS International shares in 5 different demat accounts.

Please ignore my above post, there were few contradictory statements in RHP leading to confusion.

As per the FAQ document shared by other members max application amount in Shareholder category will be 2 lakh.

HOW TO CHECK IT

​@MULLANGI If money is not deducted from your trading account in respect of NHPC, and it's share are not showing in your demat on very next morning after OFS date, it means you have not got.
You can not check it in any site like IPO.

If you made bid @71.00 or more than you should be allotted. If your bid was less than 71.00 then you are not eligible for allotment.

Information about this IPO is posted little late on this forum. Majority must have missed knowing about the SH quota in time. What do you say?

You can keep a tab/window open with Posts posted by @newgen consultancy always so no message will be missed. Where ever (on any IPO's page) he posts that shows all, along with other messages posted/replied by any CG member. I do the same.

Most of the shareholder quota information IPO are readily available on the net if someone is too busy to scan the DRHP. So it’s always better to buy and hold one share once the DRHP is approved. People who have missed out there are already other good ones that will come in the future as well. Cheers !!!

Dear members please read page 426 of RHP carefully. It is clearly mentioned maximum bid under sh quota should not exceed 2L.

Page 426 of RHP : Bids by BLS International Shareholders

The Bid must be for a minimum of [●] Equity Shares and in multiples of [●] Equity Shares thereafter so as to ensure that the Bid Amount payable by the BLS International Shareholder does not exceed ₹200,000 (net of BLS International Shareholder Discount, if any). Allotment in the BLS International Shareholder Reservation Portion will be as detailed in the section “Issue Structure” beginning on page 409.
Bids under the BLS International Shareholders Reservation Portion shall be subject to the following:
a) Only BLS International Shareholders (i.e. individuals and HUFs who are public equity shareholders of BLS International Limited, excluding such other persons not eligible under applicable laws, rules, regulations and guidelines as at the date of this Red Herring Prospectus) would be eligible to apply in this Issue under the BLS International Shareholder Reservation Portion.
b) Made only in the prescribed Bid cum Application Form or Revision Form.
c) In case of joint bids, the first Bidder shall be a BLS International Shareholders.
d) Bids by BLS International Shareholders may be made at Cut-off Price.

Page 412 is saying something else. If someone bid more than 2 lacs in SH category than can only bid only in retail upto 2 lacs. But if bid is less than 2 lacs in SH category than can bid in either retail or shni or bhni

Seeing multiple responses on SH quota. Not sure what is right or wrong. Hope we get some clarity soon…
