Through SBI NET BANKING

If we are applying for 13 lots at cutoff price then we successfully applied 13 lots at cutoff price ( total bid amount after discount is 179712)

If we are applying for 14 lots at cutoff price then cutoff price is automatically selected to bid price
But at the same time discount is considered while calculating total bid amount .(total bid amount after discount is 193536)

If we are applying for 15 lots at cutoff price then cutoff pice is automatically selected to bid price .
And discount is also NOT considered while calculating total bid amount .(total bid amount with no discount is 218700)

So question is that while applying 14 lots discount is considering .hence 14 lots is Valid for share holder category .

Azad Engineering on fire today due to order from Rolls- Royce.

Bought in market at much below issue price@216. Some times bombing of issue at listing and non allotment are both blessings in disguise.

I have select the shareholder category in Angel one but the cut off price is 135 still showing . Experts please tell me can I apply on 135 price or cut the price to 128 from my side

If you have apply from SH catg the amount should be 14580 but your 13824 amount would be block. so do not worry apply it.

SH category not showing during ASBA application in CUB bank, i have to apply from 2 accounts of the same bank.. what to do now??

​@V Sneha I suggest wait for a few hours, if it still does not show, call bank customer care and tell them the problem, they should do the needful..

There will be lot of rejection in sh category. Most of us are not aware about whether they are eligible or not? Many have confusion about lot size and price. Company also made lot of confusion in RHP and LM did not send mail to share holders to clear their doubts.

Post IPO P/E of 60 - Amazing , This promoter is trying having best of both worlds -- SME and Main Board

I am getting this error while applying for cut off price for 2 lakhs
the cut off price can't be selected for application above 2lakhs
But after discount my value is 1.93 lakhs
Please help me with this

What date for SH eligibility

​@A. Rajput I meant about value. In ASBA it's showing cutoff value with 7rs discount

​@kalki If you bought BLS international share on or before 20.1.24, you are eligible for shareholder quota.
As on 23.1.24, you should have at least 1 share in your demat account, for that you should buy it before 1 day, as 21,22 was holiday, so it comes on/ before 20.1.24.

Dates are tricky, that's why I have simply said on/ before purchase date.

Read 127 as 128.

And 120 as 121

U may apply 14 lot with discount

Hdfc Bank are accepted 14 lot for shareholders category.
Also bse form download site are also accept 14 lot in shareholder

Can any expert tell me when will the discount applied for existing shareholders of BLS international while applying from zerodha .
Please help me with this ?

kya me apni mummy ka account se apply ker sakta hu kya 1lot and 1 lot khud ka account se bls ipo me aur amount block ka liya upi id apni use ker luga ipo reject toh nai hoga kya please help upi id bhi mummy ka account ki honi chaiya kya with same pan

Now Third party also not allowed in ASBA. While in upi it's depends on registrar for allotment.

​@Deepak chaudhary I am not expecting sudden and long term change. Few spikes are possible. Take your own decision.

​@Deepak chaudhary UPL remained underperformer and there is news of its likelihood to be exited from Nifty 50 index this March. It will get replaced by Shriram Finance. Exclusion from index means greater outflow of funds and performance to continue.

Both UPI and ASBA are accepted. It's individual choice

I am personally using Angel one. It's fantastic.

Hi, I had bought the BLS international shares on 20th. So, I am not 100% sure if I am eligible for shareholder quota.

Since no email has been received, can i still go ahead and apply in both?
Worst case, if I am not an eligible share holder will just that application get rejected or it will lead to instance of multiple applications and my hni bid will also get rejected? Anyone has any info, please do let me know.

Ideally, would have been perfect had they sent the email to eligible shareholderss.
