@PUSHPaa Hello, there is rule for HNI to bid at fixed price and not cut-off price. Manually selected maximum price and system Cut-off price need not be same. Please note, the offer price at which shares are issued to investors in an IPO is known as the cut-off price, which can be any price within the specified price band. To understand it better, let's assume price band to be 90 to 100. If company decides to issue shares to applicants say at 95, this value becomes cut-off price even though Max price in band was 100. However, HNIs will ne issued shares at fixed price chosen by them and not at cut off price by company.
Hope, it clarifies 🙏
