Oh in that case the subscription figures shown on Chittorgarh website is incorrect. It matches with NSE data. Yes, BSE Cumulative shows ~15x SH subscription

@anshar There is no 40% circuit criteria. Nova AgriTech Ltd had a robust listing at premium of 34.15% on the NSE but on top of that managed to close with smart gains over the listing price, hitting the upper circuit on listing day. Circuit limit was 5% only.

BLS E-Services price discovery at time of listing may be at premium of 100%. Whether it will hit circuits or not, can not be said.

For broker it is not mandatory to forward Hni bids placed after 4 pm. Zerodha accept application but processing is question mark. Line written above is reply by Zerodha to me, then onwards I was always alert
