Worst app. No matter how much they try and copy, Zerodha would remain miles ahead. The interface is complex, not at all user friendly which makes the tasks frustratingly tedious. Support staff is uninformed and too naive to be professional. I like smooth, hassle free investment experience and don't want to be Angel's guinea pig and put my hard earned money at risk of erosion due to countless glitches and errors.

Can we sell SME IPOs in pre-open session?
I heard people faced difficulties in selling SME ipos in pre session - their orders didn't go though or they need to call customer care for placing the orders.
Your experience on that please?

This is true only for undersubscribed issues. In oversubscribed issues for bHNI application, if allotted, you will always get shares equal to one SHNI application

The allotment amount as well as chances remain the same.

For oversubscribed IPO, if allotment chances are equal no matter we apply 69 lot or 80 lot or 90 lot then why we see people apply more than BHNI share (in this IPO BHNI is 69 lot)?

Yes you have more chances,
For BHNI that is minimum lot of BHNI ratio ranges from 1:120, but as your lot size increases the ratio changes to 1:50 , 1:24 etc..

Never happen. 14 lot is 1st step from retail to SHNI. thousand of application will be there.

If 14 lots rejected, around 25-30 applications were rejected.....

I got mail yesterday that my application got applied on exchange. No mail for this rejection yet. Haven't got any unblock msg. Just seen my account balance and checked the status of my application.

​@Itzurfriend - This is shocking news after seeing your screenshot. If its true due to 14 lots then many applications will be rejected. People who have applied 13 lots then can would get for sure 2 lots and above then.

​@Rafid I too have applied from SBI ASBA 14 lots on 31st Jan. When I selected cutoff it's not taking cutoff.. not sure when you have applied and cutoff mark done or not. But I'm sure, in my application when I enter 1512 shares, cutoff removed and discount applied on last page.

Rejection might be due to some other reason not due to 14 lots. Else we might had seen Rejection in many applications. Is there anyone else with 14 lot Rejection?

It seems like application submission error, may be technical issue.
My 14 lot SH quota application got accepted by the exchange. Even got a bid confirmation email from NSE.

Hi frnds , let me add one point here though not much sure it would clarify or further confuse 🤔
In ICICIDIRECT when applying for BLS it allowed only 13 lots which was Max and Cut off was ticked automatically. Does it mean the limit was 13 lots for SH ??
Bid has been submitted on bse now need to wait till allotment status is known .

Friends donot create so much confusion about 13 lot or 14 lot. The registrar who is responsible for allotment is saying 14 lot in share holder category is valid. And for reference see BOA of Ujjivan small finance Bank where 14 lots were accepted in Share holder category after discount. Me also in that category in Ujjivan and now Bls. People creating unnecessary panic here

​@Itzurfriend Gross value of application is more than 2 lakhs and IDFC on 2nd day of issue was not providing discount for more than 13 lots. I guess that was fixed on last day. Check the screenshot below which i took on 31st around 12 PM.

 @Basuvr may share if they experience the same while applying.

​@MuStrFc  It seems you used IciciDirect net site and not app and hence this might have worked differently. I used latest app ie., all in 1 which did not allow 14 lots .

​@crsl In your case cut off is not ticked as can be seen by looking at snapshot.

Let's wait for allotment and share the final outcome for better learning. One thing is clear that Applying 13 lots was a safe way of doing it.

14 lot means HNI total share 1512 x rs. 135.00 = rs. 204120.00 hota hai apne amount galat dala hai to reject hi hoga. 14 lot Hni mai hota hai amount rs. 200000.00 uper hota hai

Lot HNI 15 dala hai. Amout retail ki dali hai. Miss match hai

LM, CG ADMIN, NEWGEN (Tanmay Sir) everyone confirmed that 14 lots are valid under SH category, so why to worry.

I got my doubts cleared, I guess it's a technical problem, I applied for 2 apps
1) 1 lot in retail category
2) 14 lots in shareholder category
I tried seeing my allotment status, there I see my 1 lot application in shareholder category. But not my 14 lots application.
I guess from bankside they have processed my 1 lot as shareholder category and rejected my shareholder application. But bank app shows the 1 lot application as retail application. How to take it forward any advices from experts?

You can also follow same step in smart odr platform which is better option

​@Itzurfriend First thing take screen shot of all. Send a mail to registar and bank with all details. If this is mistake of bank then they have to compensation. Here as it was confirm allotment in SH category compensation will be full listing profit of 108 to 164 shares. Best of luck

Required details are as follows:

I have applied in BLS E-Service IPO in Retails quote and Shareholder category both. Required details are as follows:
In retails applied 1 lot from Bank of Baroda. Screenshot shared with them.
In the shareholder Category applied for 14 lots from IDFC First bank. Screenshot shared with them.
I have 1 share of BLS parent company since 17th Oct, 2023. So I am eligible for the shareholder category. Screenshot shared with them.

But it seems they have considered my retail application as a shareholder and rejected my shareholder application because of that I have not allotted any shares although I must be allotted 163 shares.

Also mail to bank nodel officer as bank also may be at fault.
Registrar and bank will reply you what happened and if fault is from their side then they must give you compansation.
Still if they deny and don't solve within a month then follow above step to compliant to SEBI portal or smart odr portal.
Sebi will only take complaint via portal so you should file complaint on portal.
