In my opinion you should withdraw all your dealings with Paytm at your earliest and be safe your hard earned money...

​@Er.Jitendra Kumar : It is highly recommended to close all your financial transactions/deposits/cash/everything PayTM asap. As far as demat account is concerned, your holdings are with NSDL/CDSL, so should get affected, but why to take risk anyways

Paytm must link with anyone of the major banks then only set right this issue.
I think it will take some more time.
Issue is only with paytm small finance bank
Not with paytm upi or mutual funds or paytm broking

Let's understand the core issue RBI has with Paytm - bad governance in Paytm "BANK" and not with Paytm per se or the app used at POS. Paytm / Paytm Money will use 3rd party bank which is at par with Zerodha . So there won't be any effect to Paytm at POS or Paytm Money as broker , unless it close down due to business losses . Till then it remain an aggregator like any other . Even Zomato has got license as aggregator now to collect payment as POS .

Very hard step taken by RBI. Government should intervene. Where is ease of doing business ?

Paytm total shares is around 63 crores. Morgan Stanley bought 50 lac shares. That should be plan definitely to kill paytm or something else. Definitely not for good. May bring it to two digit and merge. Who knows?!

In my view, 310 is already an escalated price tbh. I understand, sentiments dont go with fundamentals, with this extra ordinary subscription, it will be a bumper listing. But anything above 275-280 is overly priced.. More it goes beyond, it will "kuch bhi" for me, like it happened in Tata Tech (it touched 1400 on day 1)

Complain on SEBI platform, SCORES. You will definitely get compensation, its the bank at fault. The compensation amount would be (listing profit* allotment chances in retail, if applied through retail)

Yes got to scores and give application number, pan etc details there
You will get your profit as per regulations for sure

Select "Application not appearing in IPO bid file"The box will appear to enter details but I suggest you to write in note pad and then upload pdf in compliant box because some character will not accepted in box so better make pdf.
Mention
Name , pan , application number (must), IPO name etc and ask for compansation because bank doesn't bid application eventhough you have applied.

You can write 2-3 words in comments box and submit it

You will get response from them in 2-3 days.

​@Antany Many a times it might happen that the complaint on SEBI SCORES might not get lodged due to Javascript error like "Enter Correct Address". (Iam still trying to find the cause or workaround it) In that case, if in rarity it happens with you, you can also consider SMARTODR Portal.

Works similar to SCORES PORTAL, just register there and follow the process as done with SCORES.

You can do nothing as bank may give some technical error as reason.

​@Ankur Goel  If it's due to Bank they have give compensation as per rule.

​@Basuvr Ji, bank will be give technical failure reason. When you submit bid, bank generally takes declaration that in case of technical failure, bank is not liable to pay any penalty.

Yes… if it is CDSL you can try easiest option on CDSL website

​@MKS IND IPO Shares through Zerodha are maintained in CDSL whereas those through ICICI are maintained in NSDL depository. Technically, it is possible to execute off market share transfer. However, here is a simple out of box idea to carryout this transfer provided you are okay with brokerage charges and taxation. Sell the shares in markets from one account and buy from the other.

I recommend with what @Chhote Lal has suggested, it is easy/quick and comes with volatility of selling at higher price now and buying again at lower price (of course, this can go in opposite direction too; but there's a chance).

​@MKS IND IPO ICICI Direct offers both CDSL & NSDL. If your demat is through CDSL, then CDSL EASIEST is the option. Else, you can opt for DIS

Hi all,
my experience with NDSL to CDSL for off market transfer thru IciciDirect is that this is not feasible and they ask for physical transfer book for off market .
Haven't tried reverse but think can work thru Gift facility on Zerodha/ Paytm money provided your PAN is KYC complient.

​@Rakcyt As per my experience, Zerodha allows gifting stock to others but only within Zerodha domain. Paytm transactions are always doubtful and with ongoing restrictions on Paytm Bank services, it is better to avoid Paytm for now. That's the reason out of box simpler solution of selling shares and buying the same from targeted a/c later was suggested.

Since I transferred heavy baggage at a time when IciciDirect has worst app ( old version) almost 2 yrs back which worked like slow elephant ; couldn't think of this idea . This will work excellent with few shares at stake . Additionally you may think of harvesting Losses and apply this way .

As ICICI had worst app some 2 yrs back which moved as slow as elephant , I shifted my entire baggage to ptm money to avoid congestion and it worked glitch free, followed by Zerodha . Just did Ghar vapsi now when new version of all in 1 app came , slowly improving now.
For few shares the idea will work really good .
Plus you can harvest your losses also @CA Dhiraj Ramchandani Will agree with me

I agree @Rakcyt, tax harvesting can also be an added advantage here which can be explored while doing such transfer
