Misamatch of Deliverable quantity with total tradable qty

Many may have been thinking about Deliverable quantity more than tradeble qty available in BLS-E-Services

Number of shares available - 1,37,02,904
Total delivery qty (NSE+BSE) - 1,43,86,276
Excess delivered qty --------- (6,83,372)

Consider trades between A,B & C person

A holding shares in demat - sells 1000 shares from his demat in delivery mode
B placed intraday purchase order of 1000 shares and he get from A

So here 1000 shares considered as delivery (as A was giving shares as delivery)

As B has intraday position, he squares off his position later by selling 1000 shares

C placed order for long term purchase (delivery mode), he gets from B

so here also 1000 shares considered as delivery (as C taking it for delivery)

Total deliverable qty counted as 2000

As actual physical delivered qty is 1000 from A & C, but it is counted as 2000

thats why sometimes deliverable qty more than total tradable qty

Delivery is considered only after transaction is closed across the parties. It is interesting in this case why the total shares delivered are more than qib, nii, retail and sh. May be some other shareholder has sold the shares

During the session exchange can not verify transaction across the parties as brokers provide option to convert order type from Delivery to Intraday or Intraday to Delivery.

Actual delivery settlement will happen only after market close, but exchange giving deliverable qty figures throughout session till market close

So there is difference between deliverable qty shown by exchange and actual physical settlement for delivery which is done after market close.

No other than qib, nii, retail and sh can sell shares on listing day

Can anyone please explain capital gain TAX
Whether same as salary class

​@Narayanan STCG@15% and LTCG@10% irrespective of tax slab if total income come in texable category. For LTCG 10% tax is exempted for first 100000 lakh gain.

​@Narayanan Hello, let us understand capital gain first within scope of shares buying/selling.
If you sell shares within 365 days of purchase and incur profits on same, it is short term capital gain.
For shares held for over a year and profits earned on selling are termed as long term capital gain.
For short term capital gains, 15% tax is levied. For long term capital gains, tax rate is 10%. However, upto Rs 1L of long term capital gains, there is no tax.
Please note that LTCG & STCG are different from taxation applicable on salary (as per different slabs).

just put 320rs sell price
164+164 all sold. Good profit

Sold 1513 Shares @ 317.

Those who are not able to see shares in their demat account they can check at 10 AM. After 10 AM all shares shall be visible.

Now a days if one analyse results are mix bag ....some good one falling like HDFC , some bad one rising like Zaggle , some worst expected are ok like Chambal fert. Now if one is Long term player then basic fundamentals are more important than few qtr results like TC,Infy etc .
Stock rotation for few consistent bad performer is good excercise.

Sold 2 lots of 163 shares @366. Holding 3 lots of 164 shares for tomorrow’s price action. ALL THANKS TO NEWGEN.

Can anyone tell how to apply for rights issue in Paytm as they don’t have the website and I can’t see the options in app . And one more thing do we have to apply rights issue at the price told by company ?? We will get the confirm allotment or the process is like ofs and we have to apply above the floor price .

There is mismatch between deliverable and available shares. End of day statistics will throw a clear pictures. There are possibilities of a few lakhs of shares going for auction.

Shares available for trading 13702904. Deliverable quantity as shown in NSE and BSE so far is 1.42 cr shares approx. However to wait and see final figures at close of trading.

The results are not bad either so we can expect to sell at price which we bought at hopefully.

According to BOA SH category subscribed 16.88 times with 126063 applications. After rejections only 41724 applications remained valid amounting to 9.24 times. A massive 54339 Applications were rejected.

It looks like those bids which were entered manually were also cancelled!

In 8 lot category 13 out of 15 were allotted 1 lot of 108 shares.

Today stock is not available for margin\intraday trading. Will it be available tomorrow for intraday. At least ICICI did not allow intraday for this one today

Allotted in HNI category, thought of selling around 500 shares and take my investment. Looking at rally I might wait for few more days.

Current PE 163.56

It is 90 P/E if we annualize first half profits of FY24 results to full year which gives an EPS of 4 but growth is huge it may post an EPS of 5 as well which give a PE of 73. Lot of growth stocks like Kaynes, Dixon are trading in excess of 100 PE. So I think it is safe to hold for another 10 to 20% gain.

if by eod there are 35lacs+ buyers at UC price, tomorrow it'll open up around 4 percent , will move to 8-10 percent , and then selling will come, acc. to my perceptions.... just a calculative guess , criticism is welcome

Closing Below Yesterday's Closing Is Definitely Not A Good Sign For Continue Up Move As Per The Hype.

But, Its A Small Script, So Manipulation By Operators Very Easy.

As Per My View, It Will Be A Trading Stocks Now Rather Than An Investment Stock.

Lower Side Is Bigger Now.
I Personally Not Even Think To Invest In It Now B4 Near 270 Level.
And That Too In 3 Parts. (270 -220) For Every 25rs Fall.
(Not Recommending For Anything, Just Giving Your Answer.)

On The Upside, Today's High Now A Level To Watch. Closing Above It Decisively Can Take It To Next Higher Level. Otherwise It May Act As Resistance.

Who Got Allotment, Can Add Only Near 220.

For Long Term Its Still A Good Stock.
