It is just common sense, exactly the time you have to read my message i have the time to write. And my friend relax however hard you may try iam not going to use your language. I still feel that your current messages are a huge improvement over your earlier ones, the day you have belief, faith and confidence in your self things will automatically improve.

If you had applied a little of your mind and common sense you would have found by IP Address that it was not me who had posted the message regarding Blog. My IP Address is 59.95 while Mr Verma had written about Ashish whose IP Address is 58.68 message No.15. Even if it is the case of mistaken identity don't use words in public domain which show badly on ones deeds and thoughts. After all a person is what he thinks of others and does for others.

Varma has already indicated yesterday that you are GUY who should not be posting same message for al IPO scripts. You have done same for MIC Electronics and now for Binani. My evaluation for Prism Cement is only in context and comparison with BINANI CEMENT. I am evaluating if PRISM Cement was to come with a public issue at this point of time, with backing of Raheja Group T/o in excess of 820 Crs, N.P of Rs 150 Cr,EPS of Rs 6, what would the price be in comparison to BINANI Cement. In short run Binani may list high but there are so many companies with good financials avilable in secondary market which we forget just because of the New issue hype.

Prism Cement of Raheja Group has posted T/o of Rs 800 Cr and N.P of around 150 Cr. EPS around 6 and it quotes at Rs 33/. The Company is a sure shot Take over target. So guys evaluate yourself the BINANI Issue.

If the issue price i.e 85 is at FY07 P/E multiple of less then 8 then I think it should be attractive. We also need to consider the fact that cement industry is not in the flavour now
