The problems never seen (overlooked)

1) The spike in revenue is because of Gehlot Govt (Rajastan) gave free mobile and sim plan to women during election. The revenue and spike in volume is received during Rajasthan election. Will not return for 2 years.
2) Hexacom is subsidary of Airtel. Does not own fiber broadband, infra or towers.
3) Hexacom has to pay royalty, admin fees, salary etc to Airtel.
4) Hexacom only future is to merge in Airtel. And Promoter will not buy Hexacom at high price. He will wait till euphoria ends.
5) Cost of new 5G auction soon.

My view. My speculation. No advice.

5 ગુજરાતીઓએ ચર્ચગેટ નજીક વડના ઝાડ હેઠળ શરૂ કરેલ સંસ્થા આજે ભારતીય અર્થતંત્રનો ધબકાર મનાય છે
આજે રૂ. 148 લાખ કરોડનું માર્કેટ કેપ ધરાવતા બોમ્બે સ્ટોક એક્સેચેન્જમાં આરંભે સભ્ય ફી ફક્ત 1 રૂ. હતી
BSEના સ્થાપક પ્રેમચંદ રાયચંદ બ્રિટનની કોટન મિલની કુલ જરૂરિયાતનું 65% રૂ સપ્લાય કરતા હતા

અમદાવાદઃ રિઝર્વ બેન્કને જો ભારતીય અર્થતંત્રનું હૃદય ગણવામાં આવે તો એ હૃદય સુધી લોહી પહોંચાડનાર તંત્ર એટલે બોમ્બે સ્ટોક એક્સચેન્જ. એવું કહેવાય છે કે બોમ્બે સ્ટોક એક્સચેન્જને શરદી થાય તો સમગ્ર દેશને તાવ આવી જાય. દેશની આર્થિક ગતિવિધિના કેન્દ્રસ્થાને રહેલું આ શેરબજાર આજે 144 વર્ષનું થઈ રહ્યું છે. આજે સ્ટોક એક્સચેન્જની ઈમારત સમગ્ર મુંબઈનું પ્રતીક ગણાય છે પરંતુ 144 વર્ષ પહેલાં તેની શરૂઆત એ જ જગ્યાએ એક વડના ઝાડ હેઠળ થઈ હતી અને તેની સ્થાપનામાં મોખરાની ભૂમિકા ભજવનારા પાંચે પાંચ લોકો ગુજરાતી હતા. ભારત જેવા વિશાળ દેશની અર્થવ્યવસ્થાના આધારરૂપ ગણાતી આ સંસ્થા અને તેના સ્થાપકોની કહાની કોઈ ફિલ્મ કે નવલકથાને ય ટક્કર મારે એટલી રોચક છે.

1 રૂ.ની સભ્ય ફીથી 148 લાખ કરોડ રૂપિયાના માર્કેટ કેપ સુધીની રોચક કહાની

* મુંબઈનો ઈતિહાસ જેમના ઉલ્લેખ વગર અધૂરો કહેવાય એવા ગુજરાતી માલેતુજાર પ્રેમચંદ રાયચંદ ઓગણીશમી સદીના અગ્રણી બિઝનેસમેન હતા. મૂળ સુરતના જૈન પરિવારના પ્રેમચંદ એ જમાનામાં મુંબઈના એકમાત્ર એવા વેપારી હતા જે અંગ્રેજોની સાથે ધાણીફૂટ અંગ્રેજીમાં, ફ્રેન્ચ વેપારીઓ સાથે ફ્રેન્ચમાં અને પોર્ટુગિઝ સાથે સ્પેનિશ ભાષામાં વાત કરી શકતા હતા.

* એવું કહેવાય છે કે એ જમાનામાં સમગ્ર ગુજરાતમાં કપાસના વાવેતર થાય અને પાકેલો સઘળો માલ મુંબઈની દિશા પકડે ત્યારે તેનો એકમાત્ર ખરીદાર હોય પ્રેમચંદ રાયચંદ! દેશભરમાં થતાં કપાસના કુલ ઉત્પાદનનો અડધોઅડધ હિસ્સો ખરીદી લેતાં પ્રેમચંદ રાયચંદ કોટન કિંગ કહેવાતા.

* આજે જ્યાં ભારત અને ન્યૂઝિલેન્ડ વચ્ચે સેમિ ફાઈનલ મેચ રમાઈ રહી છે ઈંગ્લેન્ડનું એ માન્ચેસ્ટર શહેર કોટન મિલનું મુખ્ય કેન્દ્ર ગણાતું હતું. ઓગણીશમી સદીમાં માન્ચેસ્ટરમાં 180 જેટલી કોટન મિલ ધમધમતી હતી અને તેમાંની મોટાભાગની મિલને રૂનો સપ્લાય કરનારા પ્રેમચંદ રાયચંદ હતા.

* રૂના આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય ખેલાડી તરીકે પ્રેમચંદ રાયચંદે જ મુંબઈમાં રૂના સટ્ટાની શરૂઆત કરી હતી. જેમાં દ્વારકાદાસ ગોકળદાસ, મથુરદાસ હરજીવન નામના કપોળ વણિક જ્ઞાતિના બે શેઠિયા પણ પ્રેમચંદના ભાગીદાર હતા. આ ભાગીદારોએ રૂ ઉપરાંત કોમોડિટી ઉત્પાદનોના સટ્ટાની શરૂઆત કરી. શરૂઆતમાં પ્રેમચંદના ભાયખલ્લા સ્થિત બંગલાના કમ્પાઉન્ડમાં સટ્ટો રમાતો. પરંતુ સંખ્યા ધીમે ધીમે વધવા લાગી આથી તેમણે સ્થળ બદલ્યું.

* ચર્ચગેટ નજીક હોર્નિમાન સર્કલ પાસે એ જમાનામાં ટાઉનહોલ હતો. આજે એ સ્થળે મોટું ઉદ્યાન બની ગયું છે. ત્યાં એક વડના ઝાડ હેઠળ પ્રેમચંદ, દ્વારકાદાસ, મથુરદાસ, ઘનશ્યામદાસ ખટાઉ અને દિનશા પીટીટ નામના પારસી મિલમાલિક, એમ પાંચ અગ્રણી વેપારીઓના માર્ગદર્શન હેઠળ સટ્ટાની પદ્ધતિસરની શરૂઆત થઈ. બ્રિટિશ પદ્ધતિ મુજબની શિસ્ત લાવવાના હેતુથી તેમાં નિયમો ઘડાયા. સટ્ટામાં ભાગ લેવા માટે સભ્ય ફી તરીકે 1 રુ. નક્કી થયો અને સંગઠનને નામ અપાયું નેટિવ શેર એન્ડ સ્ટોક બ્રોકર્સ એસોસિએશન. એ જ સંસ્થા એટલે આજનું બોમ્બે સ્ટોક એક્સ્ચેન્જ.

* શરૂઆતમાં આ એક્સચેન્જમાં કુલ 25 વેપારીઓ જોડાયા હતા, જેમાં 18 ગુજરાતી, 4 મારવાડી અને 2 દક્ષિણ ભારતીય અને 1 પંજાબી હતા. પ્રથમ મહિને જ સંખ્યા વધીને 318 સુધી પહોંચી. વડના ઝાડ હેઠળ ખુલ્લામાં ચટાઈ પાથરીને સટ્ટાના ભાવતાલ થતાં હોવાથી સાધારણ લોકો તેમને ચટાઈયા તરીકે ઓળખતા.

વડના ઝાડ હેઠળ પાંગરેલી સંસ્થા આજે અર્થતંત્રનું વટવૃક્ષ બની

* બોમ્બે સ્ટોક એક્સચેન્જની દરેક વાતોમાં ભવ્યતા રહેલી છે. અહીં થતાં સોદાની રકમ, દેશની ટોચની કંપનીઓની હાજરી, આર્થિક ઉથલપાથલ સાથે સંકળાયેલા લાખો પરિવારો એ દરેક દૃષ્ટિએ બોમ્બે સ્ટોક એક્સચેન્જ ભારત કે એશિયાના જ નહિ, સમગ્ર દુનિયાની નમૂનેદાર આર્થિક સંસ્થા તરીકેનો દરજ્જો ભોગવે છે.

* 148 લાખ કરોડ રૂપિયાના માર્કેટ કેપ સાથે બોમ્બે સ્ટોક એક્સચેન્જ દુનિયાનું 11મા ક્રમનું સ્ટોક એક્સચેન્જ ગણાય છે. દરરોજ થતી સોદાની સંખ્યાના હિસાબે તેનો નંબર દુનિયામાં 5મો છે.

* બોમ્બે સ્ટોક એક્સચેન્જમાં 5000થી વધુ કંપનીઓ રજીસ્ટર્ડ થયેલી છે. આ સંખ્યાના મામલે તે દુનિયામાં નંબર 1 છે.

* દુનિયાભરના સ્ટોક એક્સચેન્જના નિયંત્રણ માટે વર્લ્ડ ફેડરેશન ઓફ એક્સચેન્જની રચના થયેલી છે, જેનું હેડ ક્વાર્ટર પેરિસમાં છે. આ સંસ્થાના સંચાલન માટે જે મુખ્ય સ્ટોક એક્સચેન્જ કાર્યરત છે તેમાં બોમ્બે સ્ટોક એક્સચેન્જ પણ મોભાદાર સ્થાન ધરાવે છે.
