Hello … I see in the messages certain screenshots attached with prices mentioned as Fix xx; Sub 1 yy; Sub 2 zz … what do these mean please?

Also, some members seem to advocate “sell in grey & apply IPO” … again, I don’t know what this means or how it’s done.

I’m based in Gurgaon if it helps to explain the process and / or contacts from where to learn /inquire more.

Surprisingly solid anchor book, too many big & branded names... Looks like it will take over the jio, very much on listing day ... 🤪 However, time will say, grey dealer will cry or will enjoy... Finger crossed

Which banks offer IPO facility over FD amount?

I'm aware that AU Small Finance Bank, IDFC First Bank, and Axis Bank offer the facility of Fixed Deposit Overdraft (FDOD). Typically, if you have a fixed deposit exceeding 5 lakh rupees, you can negotiate an FDOD rate with them. For instance, AU Bank offered me a rate that is 1% higher than the fixed deposit rate.

In HNI, applying using multiple bids (with same price for every bid but different lot sizes for each bid) - May I know how this would be considered during allotment process ?

Would the application be part of lottery/allotment process for each lot (since 3 bids with different lots are applied) ?

See there is no use of applying multiple bids in hni. You shld apply base lot size only. Each of lot category has same ratio i.e allotment/ applied ratio. So better to place single bid and distribute the remaining capital to other applications.
If you are talking about the 3 bids that zerodha shows, then the feature is useful only when the total subs is less than 1x, which are hardly possible nowadays.
In such cases shares are not alloted at upper price band majorly, hence different bids by you may come handy

As per information shared by me regarding IPO of Polymatech during 8th April to 10th April, SEBI has returned draft papers filed by the company on March 28th as per available reports.

SEBI has also returned the pers filed by GARUDA Construction & Engineering on March 27th.

Kross and Saraswati Saree Depot have received approval from SEBI to go ahead with fund raising plans by launching IPOs.

Trailer axeland suspension assembly manufacturer Krossgot approval for Rs.500 crores IPO, 250 crores fresh and 250 crores offer for sale by promoters. The SEBI issued an observation letter to the Company.

Maharashtra based Saree whole saler IPO comprises of fresh and ofs.

Any suggestion on broker with free AMC and zero brokerage on delivery trade , want to open new account for family member.

Groww. Amc charges are zero although delivery charges are not zero.
So if planning to trade less and hold for longer months then delivery charges wouldn't be a problem.
