After you are comment, I just go back to mankind chats, Anchor list, subscribtion. Its almost same.

Every one commenting that mankind is disaster ipo. But it still 20% premium.

But I know there is lot of difference between pharma and telecom. I just want to mention that, there are looking like under rated

It seems to be similar outset like Mankind as the discussions move forward , so does the subscription figures so far .
But the main difference is the Timing as last year during that period hardly any main board IPO failed the way they are falling like ninepins . Sectorial movement may also differ . My intuition is that it may surprise for postive this time it but one should keep room for negative listing too .

Don't ever apply blindly to any IPO without proper due diligence and valuation and growth prospects.

LIC and Paytm are best examples. In India more people have heard the name of LIC than NSE.

​@Lokesh Chiru I still don't understand why LIC fell the way it did. Nothing looked wrong ever since its arrival, except maybe some public perception immediately after. Probably some maliciously spread negativity about it and big players taking advantage of the huge number of inexperienced new investors played some part. Hoping it keeps its good momentum now.

Paytm was always overambitious, heavily overpriced, and investors being over-optimistic despite plenty of warning issued before its launch. Except for its 'potential', it still doesn't look very trustworthy.

They can give you gray service.

​@Rakcyt I doubt you will find gray market dealers there. Old broker (with gray hair) will be difficult to locate. 😜
On a serious note, location does not really matter in this digital era. Networking and contacts are needed the most. I knew one such dealer from city in Gujarat but not in touch anymore.
Why look at Gray, there are enough opportunities in black and white (and other colours like green and at times in red) !

Coming to serious point with situation becoming uncertain and doubtful as for as primary market is concerned , thought of trying other options too. While for my FnO is also working better now and secondary is mashallah .

​@🔥Black Rock 🔥 @HappyIPO As you are a investor in Share Market you might be knowing that Grey Market is not an official platform for buying and selling shares. You need to contact your circle friends who are investors in IPOs. If they have good contacts in the market, they will definitely help you. To name any broker or any agency dealing in Grey market will never be advisable. Even in GMP section of C G, it is clearly mentioned, you may read.
Have you ever read any advertisement of any broker in India who is dealing in Grey dealings? Why ? Things are done, everyone knows but under the table. To name anyone broker in such a reputated Forum, is not good. Even if that broker knows he will not like it, in my opinion.
Make your own efforts. You'll also enjoy that.

WHERE THERE IS A WILL THERE IS A WAY.

Enjoy investing. Believe in yourself. Don't follow any one blindly. Also learn the pros and cons of Grey Market.

First of all, anchors may have view over 2,3 years. Our view is mostly short term and sometimes only till listing.
Second, read somewhere that LM sells ipo as a bunch to institutions. If you want good ipo's then have some bad ones too.
Third, maybe liquidity is also a factor as most institutions are interested in issues where there is less hallagulla
In short,majority of anchors are long term players
