how to put stop loss in sell order and in buy order

If it opens below the issue price I will short. If it opens above and stays for a while I will buy with a stop loss a little below the issue price. I will put a wide stop loss band as it may skip a narrow band on its way down.

The correct opening for such a dud issue should be at a huge discount.
Yet there are people who will be buying at a premium to offer price in the hope that they can benefit in the IPO mad roulette.They buy thinking that a bigger fool is round the corner.Some one is going to be stuck with this good for nothing issue.

The big question is who will it be???
