Since non availability of fund i am unable to subscribe in other superior issues.

No point in sending mail to SEBI you have to call the registrar, keep dialling for 5 minutes u will get a line and you will know the status of your refund

i LODGE A COMPLAINT WITH sebi FOR NON REFUND OF bgr ipo AND SENDING MAIL DAILY TO sebi BUT sebi also not taking any action.

i applied bgr ipo, till 2 months is over, till i did'nt recieve my refund amount, please any one help me how to complaint to sebi my detaisl are:

I had applied for equity shares of B.G.R. Energy Systems Limited through Bid cum Application form no. 31628644.

No equity shares were allotted to me and refund order no. for the same amounting to Rs. 47040 was sent to me.

By mistake from your side wrong details regarding my Bank and my saving account have been printed on the refund order.

I had sent you the original refund order by Speed Post Date: 05 January 2008 along with the client master issued my Depository to support the details regarding my Bank & saving account no.
It is requested to you to please issue me a new refund order with my correct bank details as under and send it to me as early as possible.

I also not received refund of BGR Energy. On intimespecturm website it shows that refund has been sent by SPEED Post on 28/12/2007. I also inquired with my postman and he said that they haven't received any SPEED Post on my name.I also put mail to 3 times in last 5 days but still didn't get any reply. I don't know why the hale they are giving their emial ids on their website if they don't want to reply. Also after continuous trying to their call center numbers (this number i also got from its website) for 3 days i was able to connect with it but then also i put on hold for 20 minutes and then i was able to talk with one of the call center employee and she told me to put a mail for stop payment of my refund order. I put a mail before 2 days ago for stop payment of my refund order and still not get any reply from concerned person. I don't know what the hale this company is doing with the money of investors. I am in urgent need of money for other IPO's as well.
Please any one let me know what step i should take next to get my money back?

Dear Raman ,
At the time of BGR , Trans & Rect. IPOs I had suggested the investors to keep away from these IPOs , because INTIME has a great record of not giving the refunds intime , one way of getting the refund is to talk to the company(BGR) directly , get their no. from 'basis of allotment' , hopefully you'll get refund earlier .

No refund till now.... i am so upset cause i want to use the refund for family urgency. Kindly anybody guide me for refund. Thanx

I also don't think that they have sent the Check/Refund order. I received an email yesterday stating that The Refund order was processed on 9th and sent by Speed post. 15th has already passed and I don't have the "SPEED POST" yet.

And to my surprise ICICI bank doesn't see any rejection in my name. I am still not sure if the DRAFT is reaching me... ..

I dont think that even they have despatched the refund order otherwise we must have received it.They are just delaying it and violating the SEBI reules of IPO process. The main bad part is no body is even replying about status or action taken.
