The current market cap and floating stock of Indbank is low for most mutual funds to get interested.Imagine if they want to buy or sell a lakh shares of Indbank.The counter will go haywire.They want to invest in bigger sized companies with good floating stock, which presently Indbank merchant banking is not able to have.Promoter bank ie Indian Bank is having 64.85% of issued shares.As on 30th June 2007 the mutual fund holding in Indbak is 1.26%.& there are 10, (Yes TEN) MFs in that.It is time you bought it before the mutual funds start doing it!!!

It has hit upper circuit today also.214685 shares are waiting to be bought at 1420 hours and there are no sellers!!It is at Rs 43.10 today.5% is the upper limit. If it were 10% just imagine the rate.

Keep watching and it will shortly reach Rs 100.

I have been using chittorgarh for alomost sometime now and i encourage all to do so for understanding ongoing/upcoming IPO's.

I felt bad when i see people were asking question that made no sense to me and if new comers start reading them then will feel this is crap forums.

I dont think we have moderator here and i really dont know even if many mark a message as spam it gets removed..., its public forum and anyone can write anything and its understandable

see if you can grab some shares while it get listed tomorrow around 800-850 (3rd jan) , it may go above 1100+. Well I think its not as big as Reliance Energy but this is season for energy , power and infrastructure so it may make its big move.

3.Asking for listing date, when listing date is announced.

4.Shares not allocated in Demat account....Any shares allocated through IPO will be availabe only on the listing date ..what will u do with a share in dp account if u cant sell them in any exchange...

If you are too lazy, simply search on this page with the word 'listing'. Try to be a self learner. I saw many people asking silly, basic questions, but want to make money in shares. Without having knowledge how can one be a trader??????

Dear Indian great analysis of Ind Bank Merchant banking, but tell me why is that the mutual funds holding (share holding pattern)are so low. Also glad to see that the company has written on its entire accumulated losses against share premium a/c which is very positive for the company. Your feedback will be of great help
