I applied for BGR Energy IPO but havn't recieved the refund till date.
I asked for this with the registrar intime spectrum, but not getting proper response after a no. of discussions also. Every time they says that,they have send the cheque & also gave me the speed post reference, but that reference doesn't exist.
Please look into this matter.

i have applied for bgr energy system ipo through application no.42958072 .but till date i have not recieved any shares or refund .i have already complaint to your registrar intimespectrum but there is no response from them to my complaint .please look into my matter on an urgent basis otherwise i need to take certain legal action .

the same problem is occured with me the registrars are not responding properly.when ever we call it goes to ivrs which takes few minutes to complete and then you are placed in long queue.if you're lucky and hear the executive voice then its ok otherwise you have to go through the whole process.

Sometimes they says that your address is wrong, but i m getting share realted documents on my that addrress only, only this Intime Spectrum is creating problem.
Please look into this matter.

I had applied 28 shares in BGR IPO and was not allotted. I am awaiting for the refund which is not given so far, and it is surprising that a company who has taken so much of money from investors is not refunding for months and no authority is taking appropriate action.
