​@Rakcyt Ji, I see this stock as a long term play on the disintermediation of banks from lending. If you look at the ratio of corporate borrowing from banks vs issuance of bonds/debentures , it is quite low for India in comparison to.countries like the US. So, I think structurally it should outperform the economy and financial sector . The risk is that management doesn't execute . So, I see this as either a 0 or a big multibagger bet 10 years from now. So, I am not that concerned about listing and am going to hold it as a lottery ticket.

I think by Beacon here, they mean a (sort of) small lighthouse for guiding a ship. The logo of the company may be referred to.

​@Old.Fox Yes you are right , that is one of the meaning for Beacon relevant to logo of this company .
But wrt situation we may end up Beacon is mentioned here as warning light atop ambulance or VIP vehicles too. Basically any warning light or fire etc on an elevated place can be called as beacon .
