Am I missing something here? I checked the CG Greenchef IPO page and by June-end the EPS was already 5.97 and at IPO price the valuation claimed was 14.5x. Now at price of 137 TTM PE is 23x which seems reasonably priced. No sure if further multiple expansion will drive the stock price or not but definitely not exciting based on current nos.

Company is well positioned and results on YOY basic are undoubtedly superb.
Some people are seeing window dressing for IPO, some see low raw material cost etc.
I am bullish in this as they are aggressively plan to expand in northern India and other parts as well where there are more opportunities. ‘UC pe UC’ is more of a slang for good performance. Sorry if people take that literally. I strongly feel this will do well and hence I have a significant exposure in this script. My average is around ‘₹105’ so already sitting on a good profit. Will add more if for any reason it comes down. 
I never give BUY recommendations or TARGETS here. I just share my positions so that others can get some confidence from it (in case they find it valuable). Finally, I trust ‘Hem’ as they never comeup with Bogus companies. Hope everything is clear now.

After reading on this forum, I have made fixed deposits in HDFC account and created over draft on them. I can see over draft amount of 7.2 lakhs in my savings account. I am trying to apply ipo with this amount. It is saying insufficient balance. Why is it not working ? can anyone using hdfc overdraft facility please help me. I am desperately trying to apply in Basilic..

HDFC od on fd is +2% of fixed deposit rate and will be charged only when utilised.

can anybody kindly explain how does this bulk deal on same day by same entities work and result in , when they buy and sell the same quantity on just 1-2 rs difference , what's the benefit/ affect/ cause of this???

To increase the liquidity of the stock.
As volume increases, more buyers and sellers are attracted. This is done mostly by market makers.

When their market capitalisation raises above smallcap level, that too with sebi & exchange permissions.

It is decided by exchange. When exchange thinks, stock is matured enough and has enough liquidity in it.
