First time seeing that MM portion is kept at 15% instead of 5%. Looks like MM wants to get maximum allotment.
Compay is in VFX industry based out of Chennai and Pune. Funds will be used for expansion at Salem, Hyderabad, Chennai and Pune.
All of sales of services is export. Denotes in-demand nature of services offered by company. Company has offices in UK and Canada.
With 500 employees, company achieved revenue of Rs 70 cr and PBT of Rs 35 cr. Company intends to double the headcount to 1000. Investors can do rest of the math.
Company claims to have attrition rate of around 6% which is very good in a people intensive industry.
Decent cash flow for the last 2 years
YoY revenue is 3X whereas employee cost is up 50% only. Most likely reason could huge price increase in USD denominated contracts coupled with better staff utilization.
Cash rich company with cash and cash equivalents of over Rs 15 cr, ITC credit (refund to be claimed) of Rs 2.3 cr
Artist outsourcing charges, office rent and traveling expenses have jumped YoY on back of jump in revenue.
Hands on promoters, with deep industry experience and clear focus on growth levers.
Of the tangible assets main items are computers, basic tool for VFX industry, followed by vehicles.
Company has shown Rs 5.4 cr as prepaid project cost. Need further details of whether this is one off or a recurring item.

What is meant here is that ipo allotment and listing will finish within 10 days...in these 10 days no big change will happen in any sector...those who have money can try their luck ... this will be overly subscribed and only luck will matter in allotment! There is no gambling going on here ...if you think uts gambling then pls quit stock markets as well...

Yes, There is no gambling going on here and Infact share market is not a gambling platform, Some peoples make it as gamble, Im not thinking it is gambling so im not gonna quit, Who is applying ipo or buying stocks or doing F&O without reading any fundamentals and proper knowledge should quit sharemarket, It is upto you! What Im trying to convey here is Apply with precautions read DRHP. Your "buy buy it is bumper lottery" comment may misguide amateur people.
