Which price we have to select While applying SME IPOs, cutoff price or highest price in the price band...?

Cut-off for retail and price bid in HNI.

What difference does it make while applying retail application SME, if,

(1) click on cutoff

(2) I input price myself (higher band)

Any reasonable price is pretty good for buyers and sellers both baki sub hawa hawai!

​@Admin @ Chittorgarh.com  Each IPO page has it's specific message board section. Even the instant chat feature is divided for each IPO.

Please consider this below ideas:
1. Just like we tag members, allow us to tag IPOs.
For instance, I want to ask for ranking amongst Basilic, Kahan, Jupiter, EMS. So I will just tag those IPOs in the message. And this message with all of its replies could be shown in tagged IPO's message section. (Currently, you have to post this in Basilic, Kahan, Jupiter, EMS IPO page. Also, replies in basilic could be tracked in other IPO pages and so on...)

2. Also, Can you please create 1 general message board page for discussion of general queries regarding IPOs or Secondary markets, etc. among members of this esteemed forum?

If i apply IPO through net banking and i select share 2400, so will it consider 2 lot?
if i include share number as 3600, so will it consider HNI automatically? or is there any other way to increase lot number or fill in HNI category?

Some bank has user friendly interface give choosing options - RII or NII , increase/decrease lot option .
And
Some bank U can file manually -

Both Answer is Yes.
1st - If issue lot = 1200, and U file 2400 =2lots.
2nd - bank auto put application in HNI catagory if you file over 2lack.

BoB Netbanking ask for the Category before to set the min and max limit...
so if one select Retail then the Max amount will set ,
and then we need to enter the Shares and Amount manually.. ... whereby we cannot enter beyond that limit.. so it is advantage and cross check with our data...
and if one select Others then it will give min and Max limit and will cross check our application amount before proceeding further.
whereas in Bob Mobile app there is option to ADD / LESS Lot-wise shares.

some hni dont like this option.. they want manual entry to directly enter the number of shares rather then click ADD as many times of their lot size to get to their desire lot application :)

in Basilic 2400 = 2 lot
and in SME IPO anything more then 1 lot is non retail category

Which category has high allotment chances? Retail or HNI?

BHNI>>Retail>>SHNI... This is going to be trend in most of the IPOs going forward with few exception between BHNI and Retail to interchange the number of application....

​@sashah If I am not wrong there is no SHNI and BHNI in SME IPOs. Any lot more than 1 is considered as HNI. BTW I didn't ask general trend, be specific to the BFSL.

It is a best ipo, but chance in Ratnaveer seems better. Kuch nahi se kuch bhala vala feeling. Going with all retail here, and bhni is ratnaveer.

Also all retail in Jupiter

I also may go for Ratnaveer FF and Basilic RII... I feel, chance of getting allotment in Ratnaveer is more. But it will all depend on the subscription figure.

1) can we apply HNI catagory by using Gpay or need to use ASBA(Netbanking)
2) I am applying 2 lots in HNI catagory if luckily I got allotment then how much lots I well get 1 or 2 due to very high oversubscription

You can make UPI application upto 5 lakh(4 lots in this case.).
You will get 1 lot.

2)Better platform to apply (i apply through kites by zerodha )

I have started applying for IPO from August 22 onwards and I have gone through the same feeling as you shared. After six months I tried lower subscribed ipos and all my doubts cleared. You can clear your doubts by applying other IPOs closing on 5th except Basilic.

1. If applied in HNI ( i.e. two lots 2,400 shares) or applying for example 20 lots 24,000 shares will this increase the allotment chance by 10x or 20x or have no impact?

2. Just for the understanding purposes, suppose / hypothetically this IPO's HNI gets oversubscribed by 5 times, will I get four lots 4,800 shares, as I have applied 20x lots: 24,000 shares ? or allotment is made like Mainline IPOs : two lots 2,400 shares, OR allotments are made considering number of applications, irrespective of number of lots applied?

3. Every successful HNI applicants gets minimum two lots (like sHNI) or just one lot.

Chances of allotment in 40-50 lot is too high, may be few applicant apply same. Specifically 100x vale me to jyada badh jayega.

The gmp of this is very high....so i m feeling that after allotment when the shares comes to market I think we may face difficult to sell shares,because if I sell one lot the buyer needs approximately 4 lakhs....I m damn sure the alloties will face this issue

So on the listing day it will open at high....and we will see no buyers...only sellers

Here also I will apply RII and will go for BHNI in main board IPO. Chance of getting allotment in main board is better.

But return will be much higher here, if allotted

U r right. Percentage return on funds deployed will be better in Jupiter.

Those who understand will go for Jupiter.

10 lac upar ki application kare to kitne lot milenge ? Agar allotment Mila to pure paise k lot milenge ya 2 lot hi milenge ?

100 lac ki bhi application karoge toh bhi "0" or "1" hi milenge..
