As per information in letter offer, 81102 small shareholders are entitled to 1,481,250 shares in 15% reserved category. This is at a ratio of 108 shares for 919 shares. Public shareholders in past quarter at 75350 is increased to 81102. Presumably about 5752 shareholders added wanting to avail buyback benefit. If all 5752 shareholders were to submit all their holdings and are permitted to accept entire 1,481,250 shares, then acceptance ratio will be around 28%. But, it is expected that large part of existing shareholders will also tender. Therefore , AR could be in the range of 15 ~ 20%. We should be lucky for it to be around 25%. We faced similar situation in NTPC much lower AR than we expected.
Let us wait to see how this spans out..

Sir I applied through ASBA but I cancel my ipo application on very first day itself but my ipo amount is still blocked....when will the refund process start in barbeque Nations ipo....
If market looks stable during listing time, listing gain will be there around 10-15 %. Allottee can expect decent listing, reasons 75% already gone to QIB + Anchor,,, No pressure on HNI as they have applied from their own pocket, every HNI applicant has got allotment... Anchor list has good names of domestic funds... QiB mutual funds also applied... Nifty already recovered to decent level..
On Zerodha i can’t do MIS or Short sell for IPO stocks listed recently. Is this brokers restrictions or at Exchange level? Any broker allows MIS for IPO stocks?
Any one knows which broker allows short selling of IPO stocks ?

Short selling is allowed in every stock except Z group or T to T group but you have to keep sufficient margin with your broker

Mr. Manup
You may not be correct. Some Brokers including Zerodha are not allowing ''Short Selling'', not only of the newly listed shares but also certain selected shares which are falling in the parameters laid down by themselves, irrespective of the margin amount available in the account, even in respect of the stocks which are not falling in Z group or T to T group.
This is for the reason that these shares may hit ''upper ceiling'' easily, in which case short seller will not be in a position to sqare up the position,
Such brokers too cautious, and they do not want the risk of auction of such shares on behalf their clients.

Mr. PSR i am talking about guidelines laid by exchanges & not by certain brokers. If they don''t follow the such guidelines just change your broker
