@CJ ROCKS Lets first understand perspective of SEBI:
> They dont want retail to rush in for SME as its considered riskier.
> They dont want people to get into FnO as it was meant for hedging and not for trade as a principal.
Now what you said is what your perspective which is right , but that's what SEBI wants you to feel and keep away from SME as reatiler. My perspective is rather different as I beleive still retailers will jump in with lure of multiple times profit in short period of time , though subscription rate will come down due to higher minimum application value.
E g., Assume, you got 1000 shares of X company and earned Rs 100000 on day one, why wouldn't you invest and get 5000 shares with 5 L app value and earn Rs 500000 on day one . Simple math. I will beeak my FDs and other instruments to try luck here as retailer.
Hope you get it in right perspective, my young bro and pls don't fret as purpose of SEBI is served if you felt that pain but actually it will prove to be otherwise !
Just watch out !
