Can you please give light on this. Suppose if I apply in sHNI qouta. i.e 14 lots. Suppose if I get allotment what will be lots of allocation (considering oversubscription). Someone please emlighten. (bHNI vs sHNI doubt too).
@Neralakatte SHNI - 14 lots BHNI - 14 lots (if BHNI subs > 5x application, else proportionate basis) Note: Most of the time BHNI subs will be greater than 5x, and allottees get 14 lots only.
@Mr. Consultant Groww officially does not support SME IPOs, but there are means with which you can actually execute sell trades of SME in Groww. Kindly do net search, you will find some useful videos on topic. I personally do not use Groww and hence not able to provide more details. Regarding, tax on short term gains - Yes, one is obliged to pay the same irrespective of from where (including SMEs trades) these are generated.

As far as i know, groww doesn't support pre open selling. So best is to consult with their support before listing and make all things clear beforehand
The subscription figure (specially from QIB) will turn the tide :)
lately the Listing of some of the mainboard IPOs are not at par of GMP but eventually rises in a day or 2 if QIB / HNIs are subscribed heavily. Hoping same for Bansal as well.
Post P/E 50 , really ?? Just listed Vraj offered at 12PE. , visible capacity addition ( more than double) , captive power generation ( more than 3 times) , 1-2 year timeframe. This is the time one should seriously consider secondary market for wealth creation ideas, or simply sit on cash for any future possibilities
@News Wala Banda Its not 100% confirm that there will shareholder quota but on a safer side you can keep the following shares 1.Bajaj Finserv 2.NTPC 3.Bank Of Baroda 4.Bajaj Hindusthan Sugar 5.Reliance Industries

Experience is not what happens to you; it's what you do with what happens to you.
Hello, not sure of the mainboard IPOs but in SME -
4th July ko Ambey Laboratories 5th July ko Effwa Infra & Research Limited 5th July ko Ganesh Green Bharat Limited
you can go to the dark grey band uptop this site and there you can check out everything about the gone, ongoing and upcomming IPOs through the drop down menu.
[Off Topic] what strategy you use to infuse more money in a stock which you are already holding for getting compounding effect.? Do you look for some dip or what?
Its simple. One must have atleast two demat account - one for pure core investing and another one for trading, swing trading, short-term view etc. in core portfolio, use SIP mode to accumulate. Adjust SIP quantum as per dips/no-dips. Compounding happens only over a long period of time and needs good amount of patience and discipline.
Having said that, one should evaluate own risk/reward quotient , goals/targets and strategise accordingly.
As I am new to this group, kindly help me. Is it a good company to apply for? Should I sell KPGel and apply for this IPO?

Both the IPOs are good. You can apply both main board IPO. I have also applied 4 retails applications in both the IPOs and will apply more on last day, depending upon QIB participation.

Offtopic: I opened account for minor child with RBL . Does pan needs to be updated in minor account. Also in ASBA registration when I try, it shows my account number only and not my son account. What should be done? Any idea how it works.

Can anyone tell me process for using FD against applying IPO in kotak net banking? I.e. in net banking which type of FD is to be selected so that it is eligible for IPO. I know process for ICICI - we need to select money multiplier FD option. But dont know process for Kotak net banking.

@shankyj In Kotak, it automatically creats FD from the saving account funds under some Activ Money scheme. Funds in the FD can be used for IPO and the FD remains intact.
