But retail subscription application wise is 1.04 times... even one lot is allotted to all the applicants retail quota will be full... correct me if i am wrong...
@ Ankur what you are talking is making sense. Just to clarify - shares offered are 417,48,173 in retails and bids received for shares 502,95,760 by combining all bids - right.
50295760 are not actual bids but constitutes no of shares applied in each bid - right.
Retailers will get 40 shares only. Because issue marginally over subscribed by application wise. Some 20k or 30k forms will be refunded remaining all applicant will get 40 shares each irrespective of number of shares applied.
HDFC AMC is coming with IPO @ valuations double of Reliance Nippon. There is a decent opportunity for long term in Reliance Nippon as post HDFC IPO, Reliance Nippon has the potential of getting related. Suggest to consider only as long term opportunity.
As I know them Thay don''t buy anything from grey market Instead they are actually investment through private placement or pre ipo investment in initial stage of co.
Landing cost of HNI 391 Maximum listing is 395 Intraday is depending on market conditions on that particular day Might see a block deals after 12:0 noon around 400 may be FII buys that time
Not chances of exceeding 405 because of at least 50℅ retailers sold in gra so all share come to sale and pe is high and market not support ..and even after listing promoter has to sale share because of comliance of rule 19(2)(b) of scra rules .. So chance is even it''s available at 350 in near month .so avoid buy at listing day . Expert opinion required
1043704 lots were available in retail i.e. Total No. of Shares available divided by 40. However, individual retail applications are more than 1043704... so in my views maximum 1 lot will be allotted per application...
Ask those people to read the sign board (IPO info page here) before entering the shop, else they might ask for contraceptive tablets in a mobile/tablet electronics shop!!!

Its simple its hold your money so that money can not use untill and unless allotment process not completed so once it done and you have share allotment then it will deduct from your bank account if its not then lien amount is release so now you can use that amount.
Basically virtually it blocks for couple of days you can see in you account but u can not use it
For Bandhan IPO best of luck to courageous rich retail applicants ,richer HNIs and the richest QIBs. Wish Bundhan justifies its valuation which is now more than any PSU bank other than SBI and majority of private banks.

"valuation which is now more than any PSU bank other than SBI and majority of private banks." Except AU....
I think that there is just one reason why AU is enjoying pe of 58 whereas well established bank like hdfc is at only 28 which is NIM NIM of AU is approx 9.50% and NIM of HDFC is just 3.5% approx. NIM of bandhan is 10% approx, now tell me why bandhan cannt ask pe of 31
