Dear sirs,
Why this sme open for only 3 days?
I have seen generally SMEs are open for 4 days?

Oversubscribed on first day, what is need of even three days.

Subscription will be 200-250× in both.

Submitted 5 retail application ( ICICI ASBA + Zerodha )

Debt is huge IMO. Low OPERATING MARGIN & under pressure. Very little scope from existing capacity. Management compensation is on the higher side IMO. WC heavy business. Cash Flow isn't good & hate companies that show borrowings under Operating CF. Asking valuation is expensive considering lack of capacity, high debts & WC heavy low margin business. Monitor related party transactions post listing. Considering everything including upcoming capacity I find the opportunity size too small. Overall, I WON'T APPLY & monitor post listing.

MIND IT NOTHING WRONG AS SUCH! Just that my expectations from SME's are much more.

Apologies I forgot to add another screenshot. They are going modernize the equipments and enhance capacity to 20000 MTPA. But even if capacity doubles the opportunity doesn't look that big.

You can look at the BoA (Basis of allotment) document of the previous IPO's to understand. It is available on CG page of the particular IPO itself.

Till today morning i face problem in AXIS BANK ASBA, please someone clarify me everyone facing same problem, and what is the solution.

Can someone help me with the allotment process for HNIs in SME IPOs? For example:- Suppose X applied for 2 lots, Y applied for 4 and Z applied for 157. The issue is oversubscribed by 160 times in the HNI category. Do X and Z have equal chances of allotment or Z have better chances as there will be less competition in 157 lots? Is there a lottery at the lot level? How many lots will be allocated to a person who has applied for 6 lots if lucky in the lottery? 1 lot or 6 lots? Thanks in advance :)

In some allotment chance = No.of lot applied / final hni subscription .
X will have 2/160 chance
Y will have 4/160 chance
Z will have 157/160 chance.

Lottery for each lot separate

All winners to be allotted 1 lot each only.

It is 50 percent of the net offer say 1380000 share devided by 3000 share that much of lots .A minimum of 2 lots application is required for HNI catagory .Means an application for 270000 rs .
