Easy money for them, but some times spoiling the actual supply / demand and spoiling the stock price

Just wanted to know this perspective in terms of SME stocks, I am asking this because of the following reasons:
1. One cannot short-sell SME stocks. So one can only buy first and then sell OR one can sell the holding shares and then buy at a lower price.
2. SME stocks, generally, do not have very high volumes.

Like if you see Concord today, there was a Buy/Sell bulk deal from the same entity, while the stock was at UC.

So, what is the real advantage in doing the same in Concord today as the earnings will be cancelled out in brokerage and taxes (in fact they might be at a loss).

Is one possible reason that they want to corner shares of retailers/individuals by using BUY / SELL from multiple accounts?

Really confused, plz help.

The short selling is allowed in SME after t+2 circuit change, hence they can sell or cover it up

SME stocks also have huge volume or buy orders when there is news or demand (check precision, containe tech, vital, pace, silicon, JSLL, concord, INA… etc)

Most of these brokers or institutions pay very less or zero brokerages

Your last para also possible reasons to do this kind of trade
