Experts please help. I had applied for 8 lots (24000) shares. In BOA i dont see a row corresponding to 24000 shares. Is it because my application was rejected or any other reason? I dont see any reason for non allotment on Purva site

Bhai, Most of the registrar don't publish full BOA but a sample size boa only. Taking only highly subscribed lot sizes and leaving out least subscribed ones.

You may email registrar for full boa but they will not entertain such requests. Nevertheless you can try your luck. And inform us too if you succeed.

Hell to all the SME IPO Gurus

I have never been allotted any SME share but bought one lot of Baheti at 106 and now I think that I have made a very big mistake by doing so because it has hit a LC today. I didn't know that since its still in ST category, so, I will not be able to sell it before T+2 days.
Any views by any of the gurus whether it was really a mistake to buy it at 106?Seeing the selling orders at the end of day, it seems it will get successive LCs in the coming days.

Not a Guru.. but I would like to suggest if u are not a high risk trader than u can take an exit near around 100 rs.. in next few days with minor loss.. stock price can go either way from here .. but present trend is downward.

Did anybody buy baheti at 115-120 range?
And is it advisable to buy this between 90-100 range?

Buy below 80 for safety and short. For long, may buy 90-100, but not advisable. Wait for result. Business is related to almunium (commodity) hence cyclical and manipulated by some big US companies. This is NOT Nupur.

Another phantom digital effecs in the making, listing gains of 200 percent and will settle at 100 percent gain of IPO price i.e at Rs 85-90 it should settle.

@IPO Gurus when we expect LC removal…

I was also looking to buy tomorrow ....
UC doesn't seem to be much strong.... As majority r stuck at pre-open price and then at around 114 so today UC may be because not much allottee r left to sell....

Today's Volume is like listing Day Preopen Volume.

People's are crazy at this high Price too.

I could not sell because reliance securities had not activated trading in this share by online trading the entire day. However they put my order by call&trade at about 11AM when there was lower circuit. Now shall wait till reverse circuits come in force.

Very good listing yesterday. But closed on LC. When any share subscribed at such a high premium, it is difficult to resist. People will definitely try to book profit at any level. Today it opened at LC 108.30 and high low all at LC. But volume is very good. More than 16 lakhs shares traded all at LC. More than 7 lakhs are there to sell.
In these circumstances after completion of LCs it is likely to hit UCs. But is not a game of common investors. To invest such a huge fund in only one share is not advisable except for biggies. Lot of purchases have been done by big houses. Wait and watch BAHETI.
Think twice before taking any decision for buying.

@PKRAJ ji, any reason why after completion of the LC, it will hit UC and will not trade sideways. Also any idea, when does the circuit rule change from 5% to 10% for SME's?

Really a good question. This share listed at very hefty premium and profit booking is always there. This share hit UC and thereafter LC. Very interesting. Lot of buying was done. In my views it is likely to hit many LCs. I told it is likely and not will. It may travel side ways also. It has good business model and likely to move any side. But when LC iqs going to finish is a big question. This is only individual mind set. No body is expert and all are experts in Share Market. Even in CNBC experts are away when market is in continuous negative zone.

Central Bank of India has has not Unblocked Baheti Recycling ASBA amount till now. Anyone facing the same problem?
I have sent mail to Purva Sharegistry.
If anything else I can do, experts please guide as I need to get the amount unblocked urgently to apply in other IPOs.

in my opinion, expected listing range is around 97 to 102....
it can be safe buy if listing is around 90 to 92 or below levels....profit can be booked around 105 or above levels....
as per some of recent sme's trend, be careful before buying at high prices and take decision as per your risk...vital/amiable/daps didn't performed well after listing...and here in baheti, good amount (63%) of shares are with retailers so selling pressure may be there later....
company financials are average as of now and issue is reasonably priced as per initial annualized results of FY23 but it may perform good in long term....

No retailers can be blamed for listing and no body will. In SMEs retailers can't play any major role. A big game is normally played by the market makers. Retailers can become the victims only. On high listing day retailers should not purchase. If high appetite, will enter at any level.
Nobody is misguided by any one, any way. Only exceptions.
Use some soft words, if it pleases you. We all are not a very high level expert. Knowledge gathered from different sources only. But this is also an art.

I admire your writing here that you understood what I meant. In all these choas and euphoria, I don't want retailers to get trapped. In these times when big institutions are playing safe by taking capital out of equation then it's naive to expect retailers to be a mute spectator. What happened with LiC and people are still stuck in some company like car trade.
Actually I replied to this guy named Takamichi. Who made unnecessary connection between phantom and Baheti.

And this Takamichi said this about Pritika sme and I quote ' Would buy if available at 6-7 rs premium....above that would leave it for now..' then he informed that he bought at 40.5 rs. Giving a premium of 11.50 rs.

Lesson after bumper listing: NEVER SELL IN GREY!!! 🤣🤣

What a great listing, not expected by any one. Not expected by any expert or from any source. First good listing, UC and LC. All in one session. At present +153%. Great. But it looks difficult to exit now. Whenever there is such a great listing one must exit. Great investors and with good financial appetite can take risk. To get more than 2 lakhs, it is better not to be so greedy.
My best wishes to all who got allotment and booked profit. Enjoy with family.

I am agree with above, as Phantom also had great listing but till now it never reach again to listing date rate.

So better book profit and enjoy. Once price in a reasonable range and stable that time again entry can be done in this.

Dear Fellow Members,
I had applied for 12 lots (36,000 shares) in this IPO.
But the BOA does not mention this category.
It goes straight from 10 lots (30,000 shares) to 15 lots (45,000 shares).
Am i missing something or the Registrar is at fault?
Kindly guide me.

I had applied for 102000 shares but listed in boa.

Some registrar gives complete detail in BOA.
Whereas, some gives out only samples.

My 3000 sold @ 120......Now feel lucky because it may take 3 - 4 lower circuit....before settling @ 95

I got allotment in baheti. shud i hold or it shud be sold ?

Listing at 120 is a very big surprise. Even, the business doesn't justify this price.

Is anyone here who is holding Kotyark industries? If yes, kindly share your views about its future because its behaving like a falling knife now from almost 40 days.
