Always people talk about good anchor list. What does this mean?? How good or bad can be defined?? Give few names which are considered in good anchor list.

A good anchor list means the institutions have faith in the business or they think there is some opportunity, that's why they are investing huge amounts.
Mutual funds and some well-established investment firms are considered good anchors.
