Vadodara-based Kronox is a manufacturer of high-purity specialty fine chemicals. Its products find application in a wide spectrum of industries for diversified uses such as pharmaceutical formulations, active pharmaceutical ingredients, biotech, scientific research and testing, nutraceuticals, personal care, agrochemicals, animal health, metallurgy, amongst others.
It has three manufacturing facilities and Research, Development and Testing (RDT) laboratory, in Vadodara, Gujarat.
Additionally, the company has acquired land at Dahej, Gujarat, to set up a new manufacturing plant. The company has more than 120 products under various phases of research and development.

The company exports to more than 20 countries with major exports to the USA, the UK, Mexico, Australia, and Egypt, among others.

You are correct...but that is for SME IPO... but this is mainboard and they never uploaded around 5 or even 6 for mainboard in the last 3-4 months since I started applying IPOs.

Does hdfc offer IPO application on sweep-in/out or flexi FD. I heard earlier that HDFC allows but today someone posted that HDFC does not allow.

Additionally I want to add that..

There will be a surcharge of 10% if your taxable income is above 50 lakhs.
Example: If your taxable income from salary is 45 lakhs and if your tax on this income is 10 lakhs, now if your capital gains is 6 lakhs then this 6 lakhs will be added to your 45 lakhs taxable salary income.

Since total taxable income is 51 lakhs, you will have to pay 10% surwhich is 10 lakhs in your case) which would come around 1 lakh rupees.

I checked this with auditor and also online and this is correct information.

You can check as well how surcharge works and let me know if you find anything different.

​@Esparando Yes sir you are right. We have to pay surcharge also if we make more money. Surcharge also changes with income. I am attaching slab rate pic for surcharge
