​@Ankur Goel Most co-working spaces are used by startup(most not all ask employee to work from office itself), in hybrid they just rent spaces and rotates teams to work on few days a week. So its occupied most of time. In terms of profit, its mostly depends on investor confidence/growth of start-up in india.
As of now, there is supply and demand is there in bangalore, for growth there need to some shift and rapid growth in IT because.
Most big/top companies have big spaces or own buildings.
Some are yet to come to hybrid model itself, have remote or permanent WFH.
Some are paying/paid, employee for home cube setup.
For now startup move or lease or buy a bigger space or move to STPI/SEZ, once they scale or get additional funding.
Final Personal View - We can expect small growth like 5 to 10% (if we get good start ups or big players move to co-working)

WeWork US filed for bankruptcy in United States (and NOT WeWork India), infact WeWork India is reported doing profitably well under Embassy group. Kindly refrain from spreading misleading information.

Co-working spaces are offering all combinations - Hybrid, Private and Serviced and flourishing in new age urban set-up post Covid as they offer cost effective solutions, that is why you have companies like WeWork, Golden Square Space, OfficeBing, Urban Vault, Sky, IndiQube, Springhouse, Regus, Awfis and many more in the market. Lets keep a keen watch on Awfis counter.

No - HNIs are not allowed to withdraw, cancel or delete their IPO application once it has been submitted. Only modify that too increase only.
Yes - Retail can be done, but before the close time.
ICICI Bank money multiplier - just like mod account/FD, you can use it apply for IPO, if allotted, there is no sufficient balance in saving account, it will break the FD and money will be debited.
else no allotted, FD still still continue to earn interest

​@RADKRISH While creating the FD, just choose MMFD. You can use the balance in sav Ac and MMFD to apply for an IPO.

Your MMFD breaks only if you do not have sufficient balance in sav Ac, after getting allotment for an IPO..so just keep enough balance in sav Ac and your MMFD does not break..

You cannot preclose MMFD online, you have to do it by visiting your bank branch..

If yes, Then this balance combining thing works for majority of the linked FDs, like RBL, Yes bank, Kotak?

​@HumorHedge Yes you can apply with combined balance, but if allotted MMFD will break. Other bank also offer similar linked FD's products.

​@HumorHedge  Yes, as Rajiv RR has said, you can apply. But remember whole amount will be blocked and no transaction will be possible until unblocked or you transfer some more funds into that Ac..

And if you are alloted then just transfer required funds from other ac into this, so that your MMFD does not break..

Yes, it works the same way in some other banks too..
