Hello friends
I’m holding 10 shares of Cochin Shipyard since IPO in my two family accounts but didn’t got 10 more shares in both the demat accounts after splitting it from face value 10 to 5 and record date was Jan 10, 2024.

Any one facing the same issue…

Called the icicidirect and they told me to contact registrar which is linkintime but no one is picking the call there.

Plz guide me.

Check with your broker. Generally brokers keep client stocks in their pool accounts. There may high possibility that your broker holding your shares in their pool accounts.

Sir, is this BHNI subscription. If this kind of IPOs subscriptions will come in BHNI , main board ipo. then is there any point in applying 1 BHNI applications?

Hope is the point, that 1 BHNI will get picked in the lottery :)
1 BHNI or 5 SHNI or multiple all depends on luck.

Hello Respected memebers @Rakcyt  @Chhote Lal  @Smile✍️ i have a genuine doubt regarding IPO application
I applied 1 SHNI application from Zerodha, but the mandate failed as i did not have sufficient amount in the bank.The Zerodha shows "Submitted" the application to exchange but payment has not been done. Now I can't cancel the application as it is HNI and also can't downgrade it. My question is , Will the exchange treat My HNI application as being Submitted or not ?
If i apply 1 Retail application from another Demat or ASBA will my new Retail application get cancelled or not ?

I an unable to understand, company continuously in loss, promoters pre bidding share is just 41%,
Surplus is negative then how this high subscription? GMP? and even QIBs interest???
Should apply??

How subscription figure decreased at chittorgarh website?

Looking at the GMP, not a good number in QIB part. Only 20,500 Cr.

​@Saney  when you see the other issues like JNK, bharti hexicom, QIB injected huge amount, almost double to this ipo. This is what i was trying to say.

QIB ne paisa kam layaga hai as compared to other issues.

@Chhote Lal  i think due to net loss, qib participation is less in this.

​@Gagz Aadhar QIB figures 45k cr but listed flat and currently giving only 5% return. Indengene QIB figures 70k cr but listed far below exceptions and currently giving 15% returns. on other hand Go digit giving 10% return with 10k QIB figure. so it proves that QIB figures are not Only good parameter to judge any IPO or listing. And this also proves that post listing action is not Depended on QIBs. Now days QIBs are become more like retailers who only apply in IPOs and eager to Exit on listing day it self and never look at back.

​@Anupam singh It's not that. Like @Chhote Lal said Upstox doesn't allow HNI applications unlike Zerodha. They have mentioned it in their FAQ section as well. Use ASBA.

I submitted application for a retail lot in Zerodha (didn't accept the mandate). Due to unavailability of other account, I can go for SHNI. If I cancel my retail application and apply for SHNI and accept the mandate, will it be accepted?

​@Chhote Lal Canceled and applied fresh SHNI, mandate notification received but when went to Phonepe only last retail mandate is visible not the SHNI. What to do ji?

​@ROAR Wait for mandate, it can be approved upto 5 pm.
For no hassles of UPI mandates, waiting, approving etc., consider applying through Bank ASBA next time.
