Bought my 1st IPO today, avon applied for 2500*10=25000rs

Company management is very cooperative. The application forms are not available any where. When I contacted the company by email, they rushed application forms.

this ipo is not available in ICICI DIRECT anybody knows the reason

Avon company's officers are very co-operative, on demand of application form, they are sending application form through courier to me at uttar pradesh.

Friends.. Comparing the fundamentals of the Company it can be easily noticed that the company is not maintaining it's pre-issue Networth of 55.49% and is hovering around 33%.
However please note that the company is maintaing an uniform EPS % for the last 3 consequtive years.(average 6.30).Considering the NAV of the shares again we can conclude that the issue price of the shares are underpriced and the prices can be targeted to around (6.30*1.75 = 11.025 considering the book and if we take the NAV and MPS of the industry the price may well go up to 25-30 INR.
Rest it depends on the market trenads and the trading volume on the listing day.

There is no collecting branch of the banks alloted in the largest state according to population of our country i.e. UTTAR PRADESH. This is very sad and should be taken care off as many interested person in UP will not be able to apply. If anyone or any agency could inform the concerned authority to take some action for this error then please do. Is is because the company is in Maharashtra and some fanatics are against the people to UP. Beware !
