overall subscription for retail is not a matter ..
Application wise is the criteria for allotment in retail segment .. so kindly don''t put 12 times in retail .. it will be confusing for new ones .

You should apply only one lot. Chances of allotment will be equal you apply one or more than one lot. Maximum allotment will be only one lot.

Can someone please clarify on below?
1. Are HNIs are alloted shares from Retail portion?
2. Who has better chance of allotment, HNIs or RIIs?
3. If RII apply above 1 Lakh in single application, will that be considered under NII quota?

Clarifications:-

1) No, HNIs aren''t allotted from the retail portion.

2) Generally, RIIs have a better chance of allotment (as more shares are reserved for the retail category.)

3) No. The limit for applying in the retail category is up to 2 lakhs. If one applies above 2 lakhs in a single application, then he/she will be considered under HNI/NII quota.

U CAN APPLY AT 1 APPLICATION ONLY EITHER IN HNI ( ABOVE 2 LAC ) AND TILL 2 LAC IN RETAIL CATEGORY

In case you will apply in both the categories with single PAN, both of your applications will be rejected.

As per my knowledge, dmart should not open more than 525 as it''s a buyer circuit of 75% of issue price. Correct me if I m wrong

Pls. note issue might os by 11 times, if you want to protect then you have apply in 12 lots,good luck to you.
