This rule of 20% UC for issue size above 250 crs & 5% for issue size below 250 crs on DISCOVERED PRICE applies to all ipos.
CL Educate, if issue price is 502, and discovered price is 575,then UC is on 575 and not on 502.

Applied 700 shares in HNI Category.Any chances to got allotment.

If HNI oversubscribed by 250 times, then you will get 700 / 250 = 3 shares which is less than 50 minimum lot. So 0 allotment.
