u need to download the form from NSE fell ur details and submitted to your bank ( not all branches accepted IPOs only certain schedule bank accept ) u need to check the nearest bank which accept off line form

Septa sir, most nationalised bank are accepting these forms now. They then send it across to any of their closest branches which do the uploading. Not every branch does uploading of clients application, as you mentioned.
Pls download seperate forms for seperate applc as the Applc No: comes printed on downloading. Don''t just print out same applc.

mem why dont u keep single application open in D Mart ? do u hv any doubt regarding price ? cant it will sustain 450 to 500 leval after listing ? is valuation starched ? pl advice coz it will help us much as i want to open all my application open .
