IMO
Udayshivkumar listing was just like an accident.
That occur rarely.
First Its very hard to gets allotment in such a ipo and when listing gain is confirm 60k then loss of 15k, very hard to digest.
But we have to forget that and move on.
That listing will surely affect this but, chances of positive listing is very high.

145 Cr from IPO proceeds would be used to retire more than half of the net debt. Company supplying to EV and Hydrogen sectors. A great shift from China to India is underway.

Avalon beats Syrma, Kaynes etc by miles on most parameters including ROE, ROCE and NPM. There wonn't be any need to dilute further as promoter holding would be 51 %. Good stock to hold / Buy etc.
